Today is SUDEP Action Day and we come together with the global epilepsy communities to remember those loved ones lost because of epilepsy, including Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy.
SUDEP is a scary thing for those living with epilepsy. But remember, not everyone with epilepsy is at an increased risk to the general population. Please try to replace fear with information and education.
