During one of the block parties at Fernvale Lea precinct, residents had requested for a barrier-free ramp from their precinct to the Thanggam LRT station. I am glad to inform residents that this ramp has been completed and will allow residents on wheelchairs and baby prams to access the route more seamlessly.

Residents will be pleased to know that the HDB will be introducing a BTO project in Sengkang South with shorter waiting time. Located along Fernvale Lane (see location plan attached), it will have 330 dwelling units comprising 4-room and 5-room flats. The project will be offered for sale in 2nd half of 2018.

4 Mega Childcare Centres to be built.
