Our Porridge Distribution session saw a wonderful turnout. We are glad to be able to support our residents during the fasting month with a hot, nutritious bowl of porridge for their Iftar.

Join our relaxing chair yoga session every Friday from 9am to 10am Multi Purpose Hall —it’s free for all!

Whether you’re new to yoga, have mobility limitations, or just want a gentle way to start your day, this session is designed to help you stretch, unwind, and boost your energy.

For Kamisah, gardening is more than just growing plants. It’s a therapeutic way to slow down, connect with nature, and build lifelong friendships. 🌱

Her story began back in 2002, when she noticed her neighbours happily tending to their little plots. Out of curiosity, she decided to join in. What started as a simple hobby soon blossomed into a lifelong passion. Today, she’s a proud gardener with Sky Garden @ Jurong Central D RN. 👩🏼‍🌾

Beyond the harvest, it’s the friendships with fellow gardeners that Kamisah cherishes most. From cooking pumpkin rice together to making winter melon drinks, every shared harvest strengthens the sense of community.

“Gardening not only helps me relieve stress, it brings me so much joy because I get to meet like-minded neighbours who become good friends over time.” 💚

You can experience that same joy too! Join a community garden near you through your local RN or CC, and discover how gardening helps you grow more than just plants. 🌻

Importance of learning the CPR AED
How to perform CPR techniques
How to use the AED during an emergency
