Today, our team spent the entire day working with a Tourism Consultant from overseas. In addition to improving our customer experience through service delivery and emergency procedures, the focus on sustainability and eco-consciousness truly stood out. The whole team remained fully engaged throughout the demanding schedule and deeply appreciated the insights shared.
