Alie A. Janjua, the Head of Conservation for Kasila Mining Company, a recipient of SDF's Round 2 grants, describes the training program's structure. The training was segmented into three categories: skilling, reskilling, and multi-skilling, tailored to the trainees' existing knowledge. This approach has substantially benefited both the trainees and the company.

We continue to celebrate James Sesay, a self-employed veterinarian, graduated from UNIMAK in Animal Health Production. His life profoundly changed after participating in the SDF training program as he can now support his family.
James is deeply grateful to the government of Sierra Leone for this invaluable opportunity.
