*A GREAT DAY TO REMEMBER*

On today's day in 2020, the *National Advisory Committee (NAC)* of the All People’s Congress (APC) party, in its capacity as a *National Delegates Conference (NDC)*, approved the *REINSTATEMENT* of Alhaji Chief Abubakarr Sidique Samuel Samsumana into the APC party.

So, today, *September 10th 2025*, Chief Samsumana is Five (5) years in the APC and therefore qualifies to run for any office in the party because he is no longer held by any 5 years clause as contained in *Article 56(b) of the March 7, 2022 APC Constitution*.

Congratulations and *Happy 5th Anniversary* to you Chief Samsumana since your return to the party of your Fathers in 2020.

On behalf of the leadership and general membership of the *Sam28 Movement*, I say a very big thank you to all those who fought and stood by us to bring about the kind of political sanity that we are beginning to instill into the conscience of the ordinary membership and support base of the APC party and the general populace of Sierra Leone.

No more *5 years clause* for Chief Samsumana.

No more reference to Justice Fischer's ruling of 2022 in respect of the *2020 Letter of REINSRATEMENT sent to Chief Samsumana* if the APC 2022 Constitution continues to remain invalid because we know it was put together by an *illegal Constitutional Review Committee* upon the authority and instructions of an *illegal Executive of the APC party from 2017 to 2022*.

The Political Parties Regulation Commission (PPRC) has ordered the All Peoples Congress (APC) to resolve the controversy surrounding the membership status of former Vice President Alhaji Samuel Sam-Sumana, following a long-standing dispute within the party.
In a ruling delivered after reviewing arguments from both sides, the Commission cited the Political Parties Act, 2022 and the APC Constitution (2022), stressing that the party failed to follow its own procedures before declaring Sam-Sumana’s membership forfeited.
