Comrades—Sierra Leoneans— we needs to think not only outside the box—- but with out the box.
Our nation is in a complete Economic dilemma and mismanagement—at the highest degree—-no government institution or parastatals are functioning as intended. Basic necessities like water, light and food are not available or are hard coming by — nowadays— ask the Freetonians!
In addition— according to some social media postings—Sierra Leone is a drug hub now for illicit drug kingpins. According to hear say—too, salaries are not paid on time and government agencies are bloated with party cronies and ghost workers. Some parastatals are completely dysfunctional— like the government oversight department.
In 2028— we are not looking for individuals with academic credentials -say Professors— we need hands on Public Management Experience — in governance!
We saw what another Professor did as the Bank Governor.
We don’t need lawyers—- they will have field day — ACC Department- in investigating money laundering, embezzlement cases and drug smuggling rings.
A good lawyer could have helped Chief Sam Sumana— when he was removed from power— they were silent then—now, they are telling us how good they are—where were they - then? In addition—- government Ministerial appointees will be vetted thoroughly for past corruption and misconducts—-embezzlement and financial fraud allegations will be investigated—-we need few good men—- with clean background.
Our flagbearer— should be someone with corruption free background and a well rounded experience candidate— in economics, banking and governance.
Our next President should have clean track record—- someone that can say publicly— that they have not defrauded the taxpayers or forged someone else’s signature—- to alter policy or cash a check.
A thief— will always be a thief!
There is only one candidate— that meet corruption free background— with the right experience , competency , temperament and ability to do the work.
That individual is Dr Kaifala Marah.
We should not nominate someone that has no experience or supervised a complex government Ministry or Ministries— like finance or has banking experience.
Dr Kaifala Marah worked as Deputy Town Clerk in Koidu, Kono—-
he excelled.
He worked as Budget Analyst in USA— he excelled.
He worked as Senior Policy Adviser — Commonwealth Secretariat— he excelled.
He worked as Chief of Staff (Chief Minister) for President Koroma— he excelled.
He worked as Minister of Finance— over 3 years— he excelled.
He worked as the Bank Governor— he excelled.
He worked as Foreign Minister— he excelled.
He Co-chaired the Tripartite Committee Investigations— he excelled.
Dr Marah - has a detailed Roadmap, blueprint or Manifesto to take our nation to the next level.

Dr Kaifala Marah is a public management guru— that we need today—-to reform our institutions, create jobs for the youths, empower women, create wealth for entrepreneurs and bring sanity to governance system.
Presidential duties are complex—we don’t need someone with skewed learning curve—- we need someone— who is ready day one.
That candidate is Dr Kaifala Marah. When he wins— we all win.

Dr. Kaifala Marah had been tested and proven. He has served at all levels in management and governance. From local, international to national.

Dr. Kaifala Marah served as a deputy town clerk at the Koidu-New Sembehun city council.
He later served as a budget analyst at the New York State Senate. Dr. Karifala Marah was also the public expenditure management adviser at the commonwealth of nations secretariat in London.
However, he was later called upon by former president Ernest Bai Koroma to serve his nation, where he served as Chief of Staff, later as Minister of Finance, then as a Bank Governor of the Bank of Sierra Leone, before he was appointed as Minister of Foreign affairs and International Cooperations.

Presidency is not a learner's job, but a task that needs someone with the required experience to lead, and Dr. Kaifala Marah will be the best fit in this case.
