L’Ambassade Royale de Thaïlande à Dakar a conduit une délégation d’hommes d’affaires africains en visite en Thaïlande afin de promouvoir la coopération économique et d’élargir les opportunités en matière de commerce et d’investissement dans le cadre de l’Initiative Thaïlande - Afrique (TAI)
L’Ambassade Royale de Thaïlande à Dakar, Sénégal, en collaboration avec le Bureau de la Promotion du Commerce International à Abuja, Nigéria, a organisé une visite en Thaïlande d’une délégation d’hommes d’affaires africains composée de représentants du secteur privé issus de divers secteurs des pays d’Afrique de l’Ouest et d’Afrique centrale, notamment le Sénégal, la Côte d’Ivoire, le Burkina Faso et le Nigéria, conduite par le Trésorier Adjoint de la Chambre de Commerce, d’Industrie et d’Agriculture de Dakar, Sénégal. La délégation, composée de 29 membres, effectue une visite à Bangkok du 22 au 31 mai 2026 afin de renforcer la coopération avec les organismes économiques thaïlandais et d’explorer les opportunités en matière de commerce et d’investissement dans le cadre de l’Initiative Thaïlande - Afrique (TAI) du Ministère des Affaires Étrangères de Thaïlande. La délégation est conduite par Monsier Chot SANGTHONG, Deuxième Secrétaire de l’Ambassade, ainsi que par Madame Kanokpun PHATTRAPRINSIRI, Directrice du Bureau de la Promotion du Commerce International à Abuja, Nigéria, qui accompagnent ladite délégation au cours de cette visite en Thaïlande.
Lors du premier jour de la visite (25 mai 2026), la délégation a effectué une visite de courtoisie et assisté à une séance de briefing organisée par le Département de l’Asie du Sud, du Moyen-Orient et de l’Afrique au Ministère des Affaires Étrangères de Thaïlande. À cette occasion, Son Excellence Madame Nipa NIRANNOOT, Ambassadrice désignée de Thaïlande au Sénégal, a prononcé une allocution de bienvenue à l’intention de la délégation par visioconférence au début du programme.
La délégation a reçu un briefing portant sur un aperçu général des relations entre la Thaïlande et l’Afrique, y compris les questions de commerce et d’investissement, le potentiel économique de la Thaïlande, ainsi que les domaines de coopération mutuels pouvant être conjointement promus de manière concrète. Les représentants du secteur privé des pays participants ont également échangé leurs points de vue et sont convenus que cette activité contribuait utilement à la promotion de la coopération économique entre la Thaïlande et la région africaine.
Dans la soirée, l’Ambassade Royale de Thaïlande, en collaboration avec le Département de l’Asie du Sud, du Moyen-Orient et de l’Afrique ainsi qu’avec la Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) du Ministère des Affaires Étrangères de Thaïlande, a offert un dîner-réception en l’honneur des dirigeants des Chambres de Commerce du Nigéria et du Sénégal, ainsi que des membres de la délégation participante, sous la présidence de Monsieur Chulvat Narinthrangura Na Ayudhya, Directeur Général de la TICA. À cette occasion, la délégation d’hommes d’affaires africains a exprimé son intérêt pour le potentiel et l’expertise de la Thaïlande, notamment dans les domaines de la coopération au développement tels que la médecine et la santé publique, l’agriculture, les industries agroalimentaires et de transformation des produits agricoles, l’aquaculture, ainsi que les programmes de bourses destinés aux pays africains dans le cadre de la TICA, en particulier les programmes AITC et TIPP. La Thaïlande a également réaffirmé sa volonté d’être un partenaire de développement équitable et fiable pour la région africaine.
Tout au long de la semaine de visite, la délégation participera également à diverses autres activités, notamment : (1) des visites de courtoisie et des séances de briefing avec les dirigeants du Département de la Promotion du Commerce International (DITP) du Ministère du Commerce de Thaïlande, ainsi qu’avec la Chambre de Commerce thaïlandaise et le Conseil du Commerce de Thaïlande ; (2) des visites d’entreprises thaïlandaises de premier plan et la participation à des activités de mise en relation d’affaires ; (3) des visites d’étude portant sur la recherche et le développement agricoles ainsi que sur la transformation des produits agricoles à l’Université Kasetsart, campus de Kamphaeng Saen ; ainsi que (4) la participation au salon THAIFEX Anuga Asia 2026, un important salon de l’alimentation et des boissons de la région Asie-Pacifique, organisé du 26 au 31 mai 2026 au Centre d’exposition et de congrès IMPACT.
สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงดาการ์ นำนักธุรกิจแอฟริกาเยือนประเทศไทย เพื่อส่งเสริมความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจ และขยายโอกาสด้านการค้าและการลงทุน ภายใต้นโยบายข้อริเริ่มความร่วมมือไทย - แอฟริกา (Thailand - Africa Initiative)
สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงดาการ์ เซเนกัล ร่วมกับสำนักงานส่งเสริมการค้าในต่างประเทศ (สคต.) ณ กรุงอาบูจา ไนจีเรีย ดำเนินโครงการนำภาคเอกชนชั้นนำที่มีศักยภาพในสาขาต่าง ๆ ของภูมิภาคแอฟริกาตะวันตกและแอฟริกากลาง ได้แก่ เซเนกัล โกตดิวัวร์ บูร์กินาฟาโซ และไนจีเรีย นำโดยผู้ช่วยเหรัญญิก หอการค้า อุตสาหกรรม และการเกษตรของดาการ์ เซเนกัล รวมทั้งสิ้น ๒๙ คน เดินทางเยือนประเทศไทยระหว่างวันที่ ๒๒ - ๓๑ พฤษภาคม ๒๕๖๙ เพื่อส่งเสริมความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานด้านเศรษฐกิจของไทย และขยายโอกาสด้านการค้าและการลงทุน ภายใต้นโยบายข้อริเริ่มความร่วมมือ ไทย - แอฟริกา (Thailand - Africa Initiative) ของกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ โดยมีนายโชติ แสงทอง เลขานุการโท ผู้แทนสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ และ น.ส. กนกพรรณ ภัทรปริณสิริ ผู้อำนวยการ สคต. ณ กรุงอาบูจา นำนักธุรกิจแอฟริกาไปเยือนไทยในครั้งนี้ด้วย
ในวันแรกของการเยือน (วันที่ ๒๕ พฤษภาคม ๒๕๖๙) คณะนักธุรกิจแอฟริกาได้เข้าเยี่ยมคารวะและรับฟังการบรรยายสรุปจากกรมเอเชียใต้ ตะวันออกกลาง และแอฟริกา ณ กระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ในโอกาสนี้ นางสาวนิภา นิรันดร์นุต เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงดาการ์ ได้กล่าวต้อนรับคณะ ผ่านระบบการประชุมออนไลน์ ในช่วงต้นของกิจกรรมด้วย
คณะได้รับฟังเกี่ยวกับภาพรวมความสัมพันธ์ไทย - แอฟริกา รวมถึงข้อมูลด้านการค้าและการลงทุน ศักยภาพทางเศรษฐกิจของไทย และแนวทางความร่วมมือที่ทั้ง ๒ ฝ่ายสามารถร่วมกันผลักดันให้เกิดผลอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
โดยนักธุรกิจผู้แทนจากประเทศต่าง ๆ ได้แลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นและเห็นพ้องว่ากิจกรรมดังกล่าวเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือทาง ศก. ระหว่างไทยกับภูมิภาคแอฟริกา
ในช่วงเย็น สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ร่วมกับกรมเอเชียใต้ ตะวันออกกลาง และแอฟริกา และกรมความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ กระทรวงการต่างประเทศ จัดงานเลี้ยงรับรองเพื่อเป็นเกียรติแก่ผู้บริหารหอการค้าฯ เซเนกัลและไนจีเรีย และนักธุรกิจ โดยมีนายจุลวัฒน์ นรินทรางกูร ณ อยุธยา อธิบดีกรมความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ เป็นเจ้าภาพ ในโอกาสดังกล่าว นักธุรกิจแอฟริกาแสดงความสนใจในศักยภาพและความเชี่ยวชาญของไทยโดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในด้านความร่วมมือเพื่อการพัฒนา อาทิ การแพทย์และสาธารณสุข การเกษตร อุตสาหกรรมอาหารและเกษตรแปรรูป การเพาะเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำ และการให้ทุนการศึกษาแก่ประเทศในภูมิภาคแอฟริกาของกรมความร่วมมือฯ (AITC และ TIPP) โดยไทยได้เน้นย้ำถึงความพร้อมในการเป็นหุ้นส่วนเพื่อการพัฒนาที่จริงใจและเชื่อถือได้ของภูมิภาคแอฟริกา
ทั้งนี้ ตลอดสัปดาห์ของการเยือนประเทศไทย นักธุรกิจจะได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมอื่น ๆ อาทิ การเข้าเยี่ยมคารวะและรับฟังการบรรยายจากผู้บริหารกรมส่งเสริมการค้าระหว่างประเทศ กระทรวงพาณิชย์ และหอการค้าไทยและสภาหอการค้าแห่งประเทศไทย การเยี่ยมชมกิจการบริษัทเอกชนชั้นนำของไทยและเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมจับคู่ทางธุรกิจ การศึกษาดูงานด้านการวิจัยและพัฒนาการเกษตร และการแปรรูปสินค้าเกษตรของ ม. เกษตรศาสตร์ กำแพงแสน และการเข้าร่วมงาน THAIFEX Anuga Asia 2026 ซึ่งเป็นงานแสดงสินค้าและเครื่องดื่มชั้นนำของภูมิภาคเอเชียแปซิฟิก ระหว่างวันที่ ๒๖ - ๓๑ พ.ค. ๒๕๖๙ ณ ศูนย์แสดงสินค้าและการประชุม อิมแพ็ค เมืองทองธานี
The Royal Thai Embassy, Dakar led the African business delegation visit to Thailand to promote economic cooperation and expand trade and investment opportunities under the Thailand - Africa Initiative (TAI)
The Royal Thai Embassy, Dakar, Senegal, in collaboration with the Office of Commercial Affairs, Abuja, Nigeria, organised the African business delegation visit to Thailand comprising of private sector representatives from various sectors in the West and Central African countries of Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire, Burkina Faso and Nigeria, led by the Assistant Treasurer of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Dakar, Senegal. The 29-member delegation will visit Bangkok during 22 - 31 May 2026 to strengthen cooperation with Thailand’s economic agencies and explore trade and investment opportunities under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand’s Thailand - Africa Initiative (TAI). The delegation is led by Mr. Chot Sangthong, Second Secretary of the Embassy, together with Ms. Kanokpun Phattraprinsiri, Director of the Office of Commercial Affairs, Abuja, Nigeria, who are accompanying the said delegation during this visit to Thailand.
On the first day of the visit (25 May 2026), the delegation paid a courtesy call and attended a briefing by the Department of South Asian, Middle East and African Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand. On this occasion, Her Excellency Ms. Nipa Nirannoot, Ambassador-designate of Thailand to Senegal delivered welcoming remarks to the delegation via videoconference at the beginning of the programme.
The delegation received a briefing on an overview of Thailand - Africa relations, including trade and investment, Thailand’s economic potential, and mutual areas of cooperation that could jointly be advanced in a concrete manner. Business representatives from the participating countries also exchanged views and agreed that such activity was beneficial to the promotion of economic cooperation between Thailand and the African region.
In the evening, the Royal Thai Embassy, together with the Department of South Asian, Middle East and African Affairs, and the Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, hosted a dinner reception in honour of the executives of the Chambers of Commerce of Nigeria and Senegal, as well as participating delegates, with Mr. Chulvat Narinthrangura Na Ayudhya, Director-General of TICA as a host. On this occasion, the African business delegation expressed interest in Thailand’s potential and expertise, particularly in the areas of development cooperation such as medical and public health, agriculture, food and agro-processing industries, aquaculture, and scholarship programmes for African countries under TICA, particularly the AITC and TIPP programmes. Thailand also reiterated its readiness to be a fair and trusted development partner in the African region.
Throughout the week of the visit, the delegation will also participate in other various activities, including (1) courtesy calls and briefings by executives of the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), Ministry of Commerce of Thailand, as well as the Chamber of Commerce and Board of Trade of Thailand, (2) visits to leading Thai companies and participation in business matching activities, (3) study visits on agricultural research and development, and agricultural product processing at Kasetsart University, Kamphaeng Saen Campus, as well as (4) participation in the THAIFEX Anuga Asia 2026 trade fair, a leading food and beverage trade exhibition in the Asia-Pacific region, held during 26 - 31 May 2026 at the IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center.
