“Connected & Capitalized: Alumni, Alliances & the Road Ahead”

Wat een inspirerende, motiverende en impactvolle dag was het gisteren.

Meer dan alleen een event bracht deze bijeenkomst jonge ondernemers, alumni, professionals en partners samen om:
✨ kennis te delen
✨ connecties op te bouwen
✨ kansen te ontdekken
✨ en samen vooruit te kijken naar de toekomst van ondernemerschap in Suriname.

Sinds 2019 zet Stichting Vonzell zich via het Youth Innovative Entrepreneurship Program Suriname (YIEPS) in voor het trainen, begeleiden en versterken van jonge ondernemers in Suriname. Wat begon met één overtuiging — dat jongeren met de juiste begeleiding, structuur en kansen kunnen uitgroeien tot sterke ondernemers — groeide uit tot een programma dat inmiddels dertien groepen en honderden jongeren heeft bereikt in onder andere Paramaribo, Para, Wanica, Marowijne, Commewijne, Saramacca en Coronie.

Door de jaren heen werkte YIEPS samen met partners zoals Shell Suriname en voorheen de Amerikaanse Ambassade om jongeren niet alleen ondernemerschapsvaardigheden bij te brengen, maar hen ook te verbinden aan kansen, netwerken en groeimogelijkheden voor de toekomst.

Een speciale dank aan onze strategische partner VSB Young Management voor hun participatie, ondersteuning en bijdrage aan het versterken van jonge ondernemers en professionals in Suriname.
