SUNDAY’S - SALES CENTER WORKING HOURS
JEDCO would like to inform our valued customers of the Sales Centers that will be operational on Sundays with immediate effect:
🔹 Nimra Talata Center: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
🔹 Mauna Center: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
🔹 Juba Town Center: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
🔹 Gudele Center: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Please Note: Munuki Center and Gumbo-Shirkat Center will no longer operate on Sundays. Customers in these areas and nearby locations are advised to visit the nearest JEDCO Sales Center or authorized POS Agent to purchase electricity tokens.
Our Call Center 319 (Toll Free) and the Emergency Dispatch Team remain operational 24/7 to ensure continuous support and prompt response to customer needs.
