Commissioner of Mundri West county Hon. Zelipha Dawa Justin has official opened the Morokodo community conference 2024 and calls for any community in her town to have their own community meetings that meant for knowing the challenges and way forwards to addressing those community

Mundri West County Commissioner, Hon. Zilipher Dawa, is urging women to prepare for the upcoming constitutional review to ensure their perspectives are incorporated into the permanent constitution.

Commissioner Dawa attended a three-day workshop on the Constitutional Making process in Juba, organized by the African Union in collaboration with the Ministry of Gender, Child, and Social Welfare.

The workshop aimed to enhance women's participation in the constitution-making process. Commissioner Dawa emphasized the demand for equal involvement of women at all levels of decision-making.

We are deeply saddened to hear the heartbreaking news of the passing of Executive Director for Mundri West County, Al-wasila Angotowa, which occurred on Friday, 9th August 2024.

Commissioner Zilipha Dawa Justin Made the appeal during the official visit to witness the situation of affected households to find out the possible ways to address the situation. for humanitarian support.

However, the office of commissioner is yet to hold Comprehensive Meeting with stakeholders and humanitarian partners early next week to find out the exactly number of flood affected victims.
