🇨🇦 We wish Sir George Beardshaw a very happy 100th birthday today!!
At the age of 18, George joined the Queen's Own Rifles of Canada. He was held as a prisoner of war for the final 28 days of WW2, and was awarded the French Legion of Honour last year.
He celebrated his birthday with a party in London. We hope he's having a lovely day! 🎉🎂
