You must demonstrate discipline, work ethic, and commitment at all times. Good leaders motivate others through their actions and set the tone for success.

It is an honor to stand before you today to speak about a remarkable individual whose dedication and service to our nation embody the very essence of commitment and excellence. I am referring to General Eric Todd Hill, a distinguished leader whose career in the U.S. Army exemplifies the highest standards of dedication, honor, and perseverance.
