Siphofaneni Irrigation District is water management institution based in the Usuthu River Basin (Swaziland).
Its purpose is to manage water resources and ensure efficient utilisation. Water Management Institution established by water act 2003 for the Lower Usuthu Basin (Eswatini).

Demonstrating the use of ULTRASONIC CLAMP-ON FLOWMETER used to verify the flow of water in a pipe conveyance channel against traditional WATER FLOWMETER reading. This activity helps to monitor the accuracy of water user flowmeters installed at pumping stations.

✍️Thank you Mozambique for hosting and many thanks to the organizers, partners and supporters from Eswatini, South Africa, Netherlands, Germany and Ethopia for the collaborative support and cooperation. We also extend our sincere thanks to the Eswatini National Water Authority (NWA) for delegating our District Manager to participate on their behalf including SID. The conference has shown significant growth over the years and this is necessary for sustainable transboundary water resources management. The deliberations and discussions came up with sustainable solutions that can shape up and improve the water and environmental sectors amongst the member states💦🐂🐟🌾🏞🌨.
