The observance underscored the importance of raising awareness about the harmful effects of to***co and promoting a culture of health and well-being for all.

As part of the countdown to International Day of Yoga (IDY) 2026, the Embassy of India in Lomé organised a “25 Days to IDY 2026” yoga session at the Embassy premises. Ambassador SRH Fahmi appreciated the enthusiastic participation and encouraged everyone to make yoga a regular part of daily life. He also urged participants to keep the spirit and enthusiasm alive for the IDY 2026 celebration being organised by the Embassy of India, Lomé on 21 June 2026.
