In addition to its delicious taste, the “chocotorta” is very easy to prepare since it doesn’t require baking, and it’s made with three Argentine staple ingredients ⬇️

The biscuits are softened in milk and layered with a combination of cream cheese and sweet from milk (dulce de leche).

ในระหว่างการเยือนครั้งนี้ ดร.ซาลาโมเนได้พบกับคณะผู้แทนจากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมวิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (สกสว.) หน่วยงานอิสระสังกัดกระทรวงอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัย และนวัตกรรม (อว.) ซึ่งได้ตกลงจัดตั้งวาระการทำงานทวิภาคีร่วมกัน

นอกจากนี้ ดร.ซาลาโมเนยังได้ลงนามบันทึกความเข้าใจ (MoU) กับองค์การส่งเสริมวิชาการแห่งประเทศญี่ปุ่น (JSPS) หนึ่งในสถาบันทางวิทยาศาสตร์ชั้นนำของญี่ปุ่นอีกด้วย

CONICET เป็นหน่วยงานรัฐหลักที่ส่งเสริมการพัฒนาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีในประเทศอาร์เจนตินา สถาบันนี้จัดตั้งขึ้นในพ.ศ. 2501 และนายเบร์นาร์โด ฮุสเซย์ เจ้าของรางวัลโนเบลสาขาการแพทย์ เป็นผู้อำนวยการคนแรกของหน่วยงานแห่งนี้ โดยเมื่อไม่กี่เดือนที่ผ่านมา สถาบันดังกล่าวเป็นที่กล่าวถึงในข่าวระดับนานาชาติจากการสำรวจทะเลลึกในมหาสมุทรแอตแลนติกใต้

🌏 Renowned veterinarian and biotechnologist Dr. Daniel Salamone, President of CONICET, visited Bangkok to attend the Global Research Council (GRC) meeting held at Dusit Thani.

During his stay, he met with representatives from the Thailand Science Research and Innovation (TSRI), an independent agency under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), with whom we agreed to establish a bilateral work agenda.

Mr. Salamone also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS), one of Japan's leading scientific institutions.

CONICET is the Argentine government agency dedicated to fostering science and technology. It was created in 1958, and Nobel Laureate in Medicine Bernardo Houssay was its first Director. A few months ago, it hit the International news for its deep-sea expedition in the South Atlantic Ocean.

CONICET has consistently been ranked as one of the world’s best research institutions. The Scimago Institutions Ranking, which evaluates 1,747 government institutions, placed it as the best government research institution in Latin America and 22nd worldwide.

🇦🇷 El Presidente del CONICET, reconocido veterinario y biotecnólogo Dr. Daniel Salamone, realizó una visita a Bangkok para asistir a la reunión del Consejo Mundial de Investigación (Global Research Council, GRC) celebrada en el Hotel Dusit Thani.

Durante su visita, se reunió con representantes del Thailand Science Research and Innovation (TSRI), organismo dependiente del Ministerio de Educación Superior, Ciencia, Investigación e Innovación (MHESI), con quienes se acordó establecer una agenda de trabajo bilateral.

El Dr. Salamone también firmó un Memorando de Entendimiento (MdE) con la Sociedad Japonesa para la Promoción de la Ciencia (JSPS, por sus siglas en inglés), una de las principales instituciones científicas de Japón.

El CONICET es el organismo gubernamental argentino dedicado al fomento de la ciencia y la tecnología. Fue creado en 1958 y su primer director fue el Premio Nobel de Medicina Bernardo Houssay. Hace unos meses, fue noticia internacional por su expedición a las profundidades marinas del Atlántico Sur.

El CONICET es posicionado a menudo como una de las mejores instituciones de investigación del mundo. Por ejemplo, el Scimago Institutions Ranking, que evalúa a 1.747 instituciones gubernamentales, la situó como la mejor institución de investigación gubernamental de América Latina y la número 22 a nivel mundial.

🇹🇭 คณะผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ของไทย ได้เดินทางไปศึกษาดูงานที่ประเทศอาร์เจนตินา ภายใต้กรอบการดำเนินงานของโครงการความร่วมมือทางวิชาการทวิภาคีระยะที่สอง โครงการการเพิ่มศักยภาพการผลิตถั่วเหลืองและการใช้ประโยชน์อย่างยั่งยืน และการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีเครื่องจักรกลการเกษตรในการผลิตถั่วเหลือง

ตลอดระยะเวลาหกวัน ทีมผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางการเกษตรได้ดำเนินกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ในสามจังหวัดของอาร์เจนตินา (บัวโนสไอเรส กอร์โดบา และเอ็นเตรริโอส) ได้แก่ การเยี่ยมชมห้องปฏิบัติการและแปลงทดลองถั่วเหลือง โรงงานจักรกลการเกษตร รวมไปถึงแปลงเพาะปลูกถั่วเหลืองและข้าว

กิจกรรมดังกล่าวได้รับการประสานงานโดยสถาบันเทคโนโลยีการเกษตรแห่งชาติของอาร์เจนตินา (INTA) ซึ่งเป็นหน่วยงานหลักในการดูแลรับผิดชอบโครงการความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระดับทวิภาคีกับประเทศไทยโครงการนี้

"โครงการการเพิ่มศักยภาพการผลิตถั่วเหลืองและการใช้ประโยชน์อย่างยั่งยืน และการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีเครื่องจักรกลการเกษตรในการผลิตถั่วเหลือง" เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของแผนงานความร่วมมือเพื่อการพัฒนาระหว่างอาร์เจนตินาและไทยในระยะปี 2568 - 2570 ซึ่งได้จัดทำข้อตกลงกันเมื่อเดือนกันยายน 2568 ในการประชุมเพื่อการพัฒนาว่าด้วยความร่วมมือใต้-ใต้และไตรภาคี ครั้งที่ 5 (5th Planning Committee Meeting on South-South and Triangular Cooperation) ณ กรุงบัวโนสไอเรส

🌏 Experts from the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives of Thailand conducted a technical visit to Argentina in the framework of the implementation of the phase II of the bilateral technical cooperation project “Potential Enhancement for Sustainable Soybean Production and Utilization and Agricultural Machinery Technology Development for Soybean Production.”

During their six-day stay in Argentina, these agricultural experts carried out various activities in three different Argentine provinces (Buenos Aires, Córdoba and Entre Ríos), including visits to soybean laboratories and trials, visits to agricultural machinery factories, and field visits to soybean and rice production plots.

This program of activities was coordinated by Argentina’s National Institute of Agricultural Technology (INTA), which is the technical responsible agency in Argentina for this bilateral technical cooperation project with Thailand.

The project “Potential Enhancement for Sustainable Soybean Production and Utilization and Agriculture Machinery Technology Development for Soybean Production” is part of the Development Cooperation Program between Argentina and Thailand for the term 2025-2027, agreed in September 2025 at the 5th Planning Committee Meeting on South-South and Triangular Cooperation held in Buenos Aires.

🇦🇷 El Servicio de Educación a Distancia (SEAD) brinda Educación Primaria y Secundaria gratuita, siguiendo los contenidos curriculares nacionales, a argentinos e hijos de argentinos menores de 18 años que residen en el exterior 🎓

Promueve la práctica del idioma nacional, el sentimiento de pertenencia y la reincorporación al sistema educativo al regresar.

⭐️ Características:

Es una propuesta optativa y complementaria a la escolarización en el país de residencia. Por ello, es obligatorio presentar constancia de matriculación o de alumno regular en la escuela local.

La incorporación al grado/año del SEAD se realiza según el último año aprobado en Argentina o en el exterior, siguiendo la Tabla de Equivalencias y Correspondencias elaborada por la Dirección de Validez Nacional de Títulos y Estudios de la Secretaría de Educación.

Al finalizar el ciclo lectivo, el SEAD emite un certificado escolar, equivalente al de cualquier institución educativa argentina.

El título secundario otorgado por el SEAD es de Bachiller con orientación en Ciencias Sociales y Humanidades, con validez nacional, el cual permite la continuidad de estudios superiores en el país o en el exterior.

📅 Plazos para inscripción:

-Para inicio del ciclo lectivo: Desde el 9 de febrero al 31 de julio de 2026.

Se requiere la presentación completa de la documentación. No se aceptarán presentaciones fuera de término.

-Para continuidad escolar: La inscripción permanecerá abierta hasta el 9 de octubre de 2026. Los estudiantes deberán acreditar tres bimestres cursados en Argentina (o su equivalente de dos trimestres).

-Inscripción a 1° grado: Desde el 9 de febrero al 15 de mayo de 2026.

Los alumnos deben tener los 6 años cumplidos al 30 de junio de 2026.

Para continuidad escolar en 1° grado, la inscripción permanecerá abierta hasta el 9 de octubre de 2026, con acreditación de tres bimestres cursados en Argentina (o su equivalente a dos trimestres).

** La documentación escolar proveniente de instituciones educativas del exterior debe estar legalizada por las correspondientes autoridades escolares y apostillada.

** El SEAD podrá solicitar la presentación de boletines o certificados de la escolaridad del exterior al finalizar cada cuatrimestre.

ศูนย์ศิลปาชีพเกาะเกิดเป็นพิพิธภัณฑ์ทางวัฒนธรรมที่มีชื่อเสียง จัดแสดงงานหัตถศิลป์ไทยดั้งเดิมอันงดงามระดับโลก และผลงานชิ้นเอกด้านศิลปาชีพที่สร้างสรรค์โดยช่างฝีมือผู้ด้อยโอกาสภายใต้การดูแลของกรมหม่อนไหม (เดิมคือมูลนิธิส่งเสริมศิลปาชีพฯ)

🌏 The Argentine Embassy, represented by Raquel Chaparro Gómez, a graduate in Social Communication and spouse of Ambassador Claudio Ricardo Gutiérrez, participated in a cultural visit to the Koh Kerd Arts Center in Ayutthaya, organized by the Association of Thai Silk & Cultural Promotions.

The Koh Kerd Arts Center is a renowned cultural museum that showcases spectacular, world-class Thai traditional handicrafts and royal masterpieces created by the underprivileged artisans of the Queen Sirikit Institute (formerly the SUPPORT Foundation).

The visit was part of the preparations for the 15th edition of “Thai Silk Road to the World,” which will take place on June 6 in Bangkok.

หลังจากที่อาร์เจนตินาไม่ได้เข้าร่วมงานดังกล่าวมาเป็นเวลาหลายปี ในครั้งนี้มีบริษัทจากอาร์เจนตินาถึง 4 แห่งเข้าร่วมเพื่อนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์หลากหลายประเภทภายในงาน ซึ่งถือเป็นงานแสดงสินค้าอาหารและเครื่องดื่มที่สำคัญที่สุดของประเทศไทยและภูมิภาค

🌏 Ambassador Claudio Ricardo Gutiérrez visited the Argentine pavilion at the Thaifex ANUGA Asia 2026 trade fair, located in Hall 4, Sector H40, at the Impact Arena Muang Thong Thani Convention Center.

After several years of absence from this fair, four Argentine companies are promoting different national products at the largest food and beverage trade event in Thailand and South East Asia.

The Economic Section of the Embassy provided assistance to the companies (Grow Farms, Benedetti Winery, Riboldi SA, and Roots BC), which specialize in the trade of legumes, dairy products, concentrated grape juice, and other products.

🇦🇷 El Embajador Claudio Ricardo Gutiérrez visitó el pabellón argentino en la Feria Thaifex ANUGA Asia 2026 🛒 que se encuentra en el Hall 4, Sector H40, en el Centro de Convenciones Impact Arena Muang Thong Thani.

Después de varios años de ausencia de Argentina en esta Feria, cuatro empresas nacionales están promoviendo esta vez distintos productos en el evento commercial más importante de Tailandia y la región para alimentos y bebidas.

La Sección Económica de la Embajada estuvo también prestando asistencia a las empresas (Grow Farms, Benedetti Winery, Riboldi SA, y Roots BC), dedicadas al comercio de legumbres, lácteos, jugo de uva concentrado, entre otros productos.

🇦🇷 Hoy se cumple un nuevo aniversario del día de 1810 en que se creó el primer gobierno autónomo de España correspondiente a las Provincias Unidas del Río de la Plata -hoy Argentina-.

La creación de este primer gobierno autónomo el 25 de mayo de 1810 se conoce como Revolución de Mayo y fue el primer paso de un proceso de emancipación de España que concluyó con la declaración de independencia el 9 de julio de 1816.

Recordamos la valentía y el compromiso de aquellos hombres que lucharon en aquel difícil momento por dar forma a un país libre dentro de nuestro territorio.

🌏 Today marks a new anniversary of the day in 1810 when the first government autonomous from Spain was inaugurated at the once called United Provinces of the Río de la Plata (present day Argentina).

The inauguration of this first autonomous government on May 25, 1810 is known as the "May Revolution" and it was the first step in a process of emancipation from Spain that concluded with the declaration of independence on July 9, 1816.

Today we honour the bravery and commitment of those men who fought in that difficult moment to shape a free country within our territory.
