“You suffered a lot, I know
You've been through many things that no one knows
It made you cry
It made you weak
It made you lay on bed all day
Hoping when you wake up it's all gone
But despite all of those, you survived
Yes it's still there ---
But you're fighting
Keeping the faith
Making the best out of yourself”

🙏🙏🙏 Sangha Community Fang district, Chiang Mai province and . ; the abbot of , offered food to People Who got affected their household income and not be able to work regularly due to business shutdown and layoffs, according to the impact of COVID-19.

The COVID-19 outbreak affects all segments of the population and is particularly detrimental to members of those social groups in the most vulnerable situations, continues to affect populations, including people living in poverty situations, older persons, persons with disabilities, youth, and indigenous peoples. Early evidence indicates that that the health and economic impacts of the virus are being borne disproportionately by poor people. For example, homeless people, because they may be unable to safely shelter in place, are highly exposed to the danger of the virus. People without access to running water, refugees, migrants, or displaced persons also stand to suffer disproportionately both from the pandemic and its aftermath – whether due to limited movement, fewer employment opportunities, increased xenophobia etc.

Meditation Practice Which Leads to Insight into the Three Characteristics.
To gain an insight into the three characteristics, the meditator has to contemplate the body/mind in the present moment while they are arising and ceasing perpetually. When the concentration is strong, the mind which usually wanders moving from one things to another becomes calm and still. In this state the mind, focused on mindfulness and acknowledging, sees and knows only what it has never before seen or known. The mind then becomes satisfied to perceive the truth that
---there is only the body/mind.
---which keeps arising and ceasing.

Refrain from all sins.
Do good completely.
Purify the MIND.
This is every Buddha's teaching.

Main principles for the practice of insight meditation through the Four Foundation of Mindfulness.
1. Keep the mind on the present.
>>>> E.g. The mind's acknowledging rising and rising movement of the abdomen must be simultaneous. Acknowledgement of the rising must not happen before or after the rising movement.
2. Practice continually.
>>>> E.g. The cycle of mindful prostration and mindful walking and sitting for the prescribed period of time must be repeated continually.
3. Practice with the three valuable factors.
>>>> 3.1 Effort = Be determined and try hard.
>>>> 3.2 Attentiveness = The mind should know before the body or the mind rises.
>>>> 3.3 Clear consciousness = The mind consciously follows and acknowledges the body/mind in every movement.
4. The five powers or controlling faculties must be balanced.
>>>> and should be equal.
>>>> and should be equal.
>>>> The more one has, the better is the practice as mindfulness controls the other faculties.
