လွန်ခဲ့သော ခေတ်အဆက်ဆက်က ကမ္ဘာ့သမိုင်းတွင် တော်လှန်ရေးအချို့ အောင်ပန်းဆွတ်ခူးနိုင်ခဲ့ခြင်းမရှိသည်မှာ စည်းလုံးညီညွတ်မှု အားနည်းခဲ့သော တော်လှန်ရေးတပ်ဖွဲ့များ၏ ဝမ်းနည်းဖွယ်ရာ အကျိုးဆက်ပင်ဖြစ်သည်။ ထို့ကြောင့် ယနေ့ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ တော်လှန်ရေးခရီးတွင် "စည်းလုံးခြင်းသည် အင်အား" ဆိုသည့် နက်ရှိုင်းသော အချက်အလက်ကို နှလုံးသွင်းကာ လက်တွေ့ကျင့်သုံးရန် အထူးလိုအပ်လှပေသည်။

တော်လှန်ရေးတပ်ဖွဲ့အသီးသီးသည် မိမိတို့၏ ကိုယ်ပိုင်ရပ်တည်ချက်၊ နည်းဗျူဟာနှင့် ဦးတည်ချက်များ ရှိကြသော်လည်း၊ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့အားလုံး၏ ဘုံရန်သူနှင့် နောက်ဆုံးပန်းတိုင်မှာ အတူတူပင်ဖြစ်သည်။ ဤသို့သော အချိန်ကာလတွင် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့အနေဖြင့် တစ်ဦးနှင့်တစ်ဦး သီးခြားစီတိုက်ခိုက်နေခြင်းထက် စစ်ပွဲကို စစ်ပွဲနှင့်တူအောင်၊ စနစ်တကျနှင့် စည်းကမ်းပြည့်ဝစွာ တိုက်ခိုက်ရန် လိုအပ်ပါသည်။ ဤသည်မှာ စစ်ရေးအရသာမက နိုင်ငံရေးအရပါ အောင်နိုင်ရန် မဖြစ်မနေလိုအပ်သော အချက်ပင် ဖြစ်သည်။

ပထမဦးစွာ "စစ်ပွဲကို စစ်ပွဲနှင့်တူအောင် တိုက်ခိုက်ခြင်း" ဆိုသည်မှာ အရပ်သားများအား ရှေ့တန်းတင်ကာ နည်းဗျူဟာမရှိဘဲ တိုက်ခိုက်ခြင်းမျိုး မဟုတ်ပါ။ ယင်းထက် စနစ်ကျသော စီမံကိန်း၊ ရှင်းလင်းသော ခေါင်းဆောင်မှု၊ ထိရောက်သော ဆက်သွယ်ရေးနှင့် ချမှတ်ထားသည့် စစ်ရေးနည်းဗျူဟာများကို အခြေခံ၍ ညီညွတ်သော အင်အားစုတစ်ရပ်အနေဖြင့် ချိန်ကိုက်တိုက်ခိုက်ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။ တပ်ဖွဲ့တိုင်းသည် မိမိ၏အားသာချက်များကို အသုံးချကာ အခြားတပ်ဖွဲ့များနှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ကာ ရန်သူအား ဝိုင်းရံဖမ်းဆီးတိုက်ခိုက်နိုင်မှသာ စစ်ပွဲသည် စစ်ပွဲဆန်မည်ဖြစ်ပြီး အောင်မြင်မှုပန်းတိုင်ကို ဆောင်ကြဉ်းပေးနိုင်မည်။

ဒုတိယအချက်အနေဖြင့် "ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုကို ပိုမိုတည်တံ့ခိုင်မြဲစေရန်" ဆောင်ရွက်ကြရမည်။ ယာယီပူးပေါင်းမှုမျိုးမဟုတ်ဘဲ နက်ရှိုင်းသော ယုံကြည်မှု၊ လေးစားမှုနှင့် ရည်မှန်းချက်တူညီမှုအပေါ် အခြေခံသည့် မဟာဗျူဟာကျသော မိတ်ဖက်ပြုမှုမျိုး ဖြစ်ရမည်။ ဤသို့သော ပူးပေါင်းမှုသည် သတင်းအချက်အလက်ဖလှယ်ခြင်း၊ လိုအပ်သော ပစ္စည်းကိရိယာများ မျှဝေအသုံးပြုခြင်း၊ စစ်ရေးလေ့ကျင့်မှုများ ပူးပေါင်းပြုလုပ်ခြင်းနှင့် ကြီးမားသော စစ်ဆင်ရေးများတွင် အတူတကွ ပါဝင်ခြင်းစသည့် ပုံစံမျိုးစုံဖြင့် ပေါ်ပေါက်လာနိုင်သည်။

တတိယအချက်နှင့် အလွန်အရေးကြီးဆုံးသော အချက်မှာ "အမိန့်နာခံမှုကို တစ်သွေးတစ်သားတည်းဖြစ်အောင် တည်ဆောက်ခြင်း" ပင်ဖြစ်သည်။ စည်းလုံးညီညွတ်မှုဆိုသည်မှာ ခေါင်းဆောင်တစ်ဦး၏ ဗဟိုချုပ်ကိုင်မှုအောက်သို့ အလုံးစုံကျရောက်ခြင်းမဟုတ်ပါ။ ယင်းထက် ခေါင်းဆောင်မှုအဆင့်ဆင့်အား ယုံကြည်ကိုးစားပြီး ချမှတ်ထားသော မဟာဗျူဟာ၊ နည်းဗျူဟာများအတိုင်း အောက်ခြေအဆင့်မှစ၍ စည်းလုံးညီညွတ်စွာ လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။ မည်သည့်တပ်ဖွဲ့ဝင်မဆို မိမိ၏တာဝန်နှင့် တာဝန်ခံမှုကို နားလည်ပြီး စနစ်၏အစိတ်အပိုင်းတစ်ရပ်အနေဖြင့် မိမိ၏အခန်းကဏ္ဍမှ ပြည့်ဝစွာ ထမ်းဆောင်ရမည်။ ဤသို့သော အမိန့်နာခံမှုစနစ်သည် တော်လှန်ရေးတပ်ပေါင်းစုကြီး၏ ကျောရိုးသဖွယ် ဖြစ်ပေလိမ့်မည်။

The democracy and freedom we all year for... these are not things that will simply fall into our laps. They are not like a sudden downpour from a clear sky. They are a profound essence that can only be earned through the ultimate price—paid for with the lives, blood, sweat, and sacrifice of our revolutionary soldiers.

Today, at this very moment, our brave sons and daughters are fighting on the front lines, sacrificing their own futures for the future of us all. They are standing as our shield. Therefore, the success of this revolution is not their responsibility alone.

It is the duty of all us, the people.

That is why I call on every one of you today.

"Join the cause."
From your own position, with your own abilities, contribute what you can. Provide financial support, food, medicine, ideas, moral strength—whatever you can offer. Every single drop contributes to the mighty river.

"Keep the faith."
Though times are hard, we must not let our spirit waver. Our belief is our power. Hold onto hope together and give them your unwavering support.

"Unite and stand together."
This revolution does not discriminate by ethnicity, religion, or colour. It is for the rights of all of us. Therefore, it is crucial to stand together, setting aside differences in religion or political ideals. Our unity is our greatest weapon.

It is with this love, this sacrifice, and this unity that we will prevail. We all have a duty to ensure that the sacrifice of our comrades is not in vain, that their hope is not betrayed.

There is no turning back now, my brothers and sisters. Together, we will march towards the day of victory.

75th Karen Martyrs' Day Commemorative Message

To all Karen people and those who continue to strive for freedom, equality, and democracy

On this solemn occasion of the "75th Karen Martyrs' Day", we pay our deepest respect and tribute to the fallen heroes of the Karen revolution, including the revered "Karen national leader, Saw Ba U Gyi", and all those who sacrificed their lives in the struggle for justice and self-determination.

We "honor and remember" the unwavering courage, dedication, and vision of Saw Ba U Gyi, whose leadership and sacrifice remain a guiding light for our people. His famous words "For us, surrender is out of the question"continue to inspire our resistance against oppression. The blood shed by our martyrs has nourished the roots of our struggle for dignity, freedom, and a future of equality.
Today, as we reflect on their sacrifices, we reaffirm our commitment to continue the unfinished revolution. The Karen people, alongside all oppressed communities, remain steadfast in our fight against military dictatorship, ethnic persecution, and systemic injustice. We vow to carry forward the legacy of our martyrs until we achieve genuine federal democracy, equality, and peace for our land and future generations.

We will never forget. We will never surrender.
Their struggle is our struggle, and their dream shall live on.
