🌱 การฝึกอบรมและศึกษาดูงาน: สร้างแรงบันดาลใจในการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวเชิงอนุรักษ์ 🌱

ในช่วงระหว่างวันที่ 25-31 พฤษภาคม 2568 ที่ผ่านมา สำนักงานการป่าไม้ต่างประเทศ กรมป่าไม้ ได้จัดการฝึกอบรมและศึกษาดูงานให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่ป่าไม้จากประเทศภูฎานจำนวน 21 ราย โดยมีหัวข้อสำคัญคือ "การดำเนินงานและการกำกับดูแลการท่องเที่ยวเชิงอนุรักษ์แบบชุมชน"

ในการต้อนรับคณะศึกษาดูงานครั้งนี้ ท่านอธิบดีกรมป่าไม้ นายสุรชัย อจลบุญ ได้ให้เกียรติมาต้อนรับด้วยตนเอง ซึ่งถือเป็นความภาคภูมิใจที่ได้ร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์ที่สำคัญในด้านการอนุรักษ์และการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ผ่านการท่องเที่ยวที่เคารพสิ่งแวดล้อมและสอดคล้องกับวิถีชีวิตชุมชน

การฝึกอบรมในครั้งนี้ไม่เพียงแต่เสริมสร้างความเข้าใจในหลักการของการท่องเที่ยวเชิงอนุรักษ์ แต่ยังเปิดโอกาสให้เกิดการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ระหว่างสองประเทศ สร้างเครือข่ายในการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวที่สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในประเทศต่างๆ ที่มีทรัพยากรธรรมชาติที่มีค่าเช่นกัน

From May 25 to 31, 2025, the Forestry Foreign Affairs Office of the Royal Forest Department organized a training and study visit for 21 Bhutanese forestry officials on the topic "Operation and Governance of Community-based Ecotourism."

The Director-General of the Royal Forest Department, Mr. Surachai Achalaboon, personally welcomed the delegation, marking a moment of pride as we shared invaluable knowledge and experiences in conservation and sustainable development through eco-friendly tourism practices that respect both the environment and community livelihoods.

泰国林业部部长苏拉柴·阿吉尔本先生亲自接待了此次代表团，标志着我们在生态保护和可持续发展方面分享了宝贵的知识与经验，尤其是通过尊重环境和社区生活方式的生态旅游实践。

การประชุมเครือข่ายป่าต้นแบบสากลระดับโลก 2025: ก้าวสู่การอนุรักษ์ที่ยั่งยืน

ในวันที่ 26-30 พฤษภาคม 2025 ที่ผ่านมา นายปรีชา องค์ประเสริฐ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักการป่าไม้ต่างประเทศ กรมป่าไม้ ได้เข้าร่วมการประชุมเครือข่ายป่าต้นแบบสากลระดับโลก (IMFN) ในฐานะประธานเครือข่ายป่าต้นแบบแห่งภูมิภาคเอเชีย (Chair of Regional Model Forest Network-Asia: RMFN-Asia) ที่จัดขึ้นที่ Kemptville Campus Education and Community Centre เมืองออตตาวา ประเทศแคนาดา

การประชุมครั้งนี้จัดร่วมกันระหว่าง IMFN และ Eastern Ontario Model Forest (EOMF) ร่วมกับ Ontario Woodlot Association (OWA) โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมมากกว่า 200 คนจากเครือข่ายป่าต้นแบบทั่วโลก จากหลากหลายภูมิภาค ได้แก่ ยุโรป เมดิเตอร์เรเนียน อเมริกาเหนือ อเมริกาใต้ เอเชีย และอาฟริกา การประชุมนี้ได้มุ่งเน้นในการแลกเปลี่ยนแนวทางการจัดการทรัพยากรป่าไม้ที่ยั่งยืน และการสร้างเครือข่ายการทำงานร่วมกันระหว่างประเทศเพื่อการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

การมีส่วนร่วมของนายปรีชา องค์ประเสริฐในฐานะผู้นำเครือข่ายป่าต้นแบบแห่งเอเชีย ได้สร้างความภาคภูมิใจให้กับประเทศไทย และเป็นโอกาสสำคัญในการนำเสนอแนวทางการจัดการป่าต้นแบบที่ประสบความสำเร็จในภูมิภาคเอเชีย พร้อมกับการเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศเพื่อผลักดันการฟื้นฟูป่าไม้และความยั่งยืนในการใช้ประโยชน์จากทรัพยากรธรรมชาติในอนาคต

International Model Forest Network Global Forum 2025: A Step Towards Sustainable Conservation

From May 26th to 30th, 2025, Mr. Precha Ongprasert, Director of the Foreign Forestry Affairs Office, Department of Forestry, participated in the International Model Forest Network Global Forum (IMFN) as the Chair of the Regional Model Forest Network-Asia (RMFN-Asia). The forum was held at the Kemptville Campus Education and Community Centre in Ottawa, Canada.

The event was jointly organized by IMFN, the Eastern Ontario Model Forest (EOMF), and the Ontario Woodlot Association (OWA), with over 200 participants from global model forest networks across Europe, the Mediterranean, North America, South America, Asia, and Africa. The forum focused on exchanging sustainable forest management practices and fostering collaboration among countries to effectively conserve the environment.

Mr. Precha Ongprasert’s leadership in the Asia region brought great pride to Thailand and served as an opportunity to present successful model forest management approaches from Asia. It also facilitated collaboration to further the restoration and sustainable use of natural resources globally.

This forum not only allowed for the exchange of knowledge and experience in forest management but also provided inspiration for international cooperation to build a sustainable future for forests and the environment. Thailand’s involvement in this global model forest initiative marks an important step in the country’s commitment to leading sustainable natural resource conservation efforts.

We believe that the future of forest conservation begins with international collaboration, and the IMFN is a key platform for making the world a better place.

2025年5月26日至30日，泰国森林部门外国森林事务办公室主任普里查·翁普拉瑟（Precha Ongprasert）以亚洲区域典范森林网络主席（RMFN-Asia）身份参加了国际典范森林网络全球论坛（IMFN）。此次论坛在加拿大渥太华的肯普特维尔校园教育与社区中心举行。

此次活动由国际典范森林网络（IMFN）、东安大略典范森林（EOMF）与安大略木地协会（OWA）联合举办，来自全球各个典范森林网络的200多位参与者齐聚一堂，涵盖欧洲、地中海、北美、南美、亚洲和非洲等地区。论坛聚焦于可持续森林管理实践的交流，并促进各国间的合作，共同有效地保护环境。

ร่วมสนุกและเรียนรู้จากกิจกรรมคู่ขนานในงาน UNFF ครั้งที่ 29: เส้นทางสู่การจัดการป่าไม้ที่ยั่งยืน

ในวันที่ 9 พฤษภาคม 2568 เวลา 13.15-14.30 น. สำนักการป่าไม้ต่างประเทศ กรมป่าไม้ ร่วมกับ Asia-Pacific Network for Sustainable Forest Management and Rehabilitation (APFNet) ได้จัดกิจกรรมคู่ขนาน (Side Event) ในงานการประชุม the 29th United Nations Forum on Forests (UNFF) ณ ที่ทำการสำนักงานใหญ่ องค์การสหประชาชาติ นครนิวยอร์ก สหรัฐอเมริกา

กิจกรรมนี้จะเน้นไปที่การแบ่งปันประสบการณ์และแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีที่สุดในการจัดการป่าไม้ที่ยั่งยืน (SFM) และการบรรลุเป้าหมายการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน (SDGs) ผ่านโครงการต้นแบบและความร่วมมือในระดับภูมิภาค โดยจะมีการแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์จากหลายประเทศที่มีโครงการและนโยบายป่าไม้ที่ประสบความสำเร็จ รวมทั้งการดำเนินงานที่สนับสนุนการบรรลุเป้าหมายของ SDGs อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

Contributions to SFM and SDGs: Side Event at the 29th United Nations Forum on Forests (UNFF)

On May 9th, 2025, from 13:15 to 14:30, the Foreign Forestry Affairs Office, Department of Forestry, in collaboration with the Asia-Pacific Network for Sustainable Forest Management and Rehabilitation (APFNet), will host a side event titled “Contributions to SFM and SDGs through Demonstration Projects and Regional Initiatives and Collaborations, Best Practices and Experience Sharing” during the 29th United Nations Forum on Forests (UNFF) at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, USA.

This side event will focus on sharing best practices and experiences in sustainable forest management (SFM) and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through demonstration projects and regional collaborations. It will showcase successful forest management initiatives from various countries and how they contribute to sustainable development. 🌿 การฝึกอบรมการจัดการป่าไม้และต้นไม้ในเมืองอย่างยั่งยืน 🌿

ทุกสิ่งย่อมมีจุดจบ... และในที่สุดการจัดหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมนานาชาติเรื่อง "การจัดการป่าไม้และต้นไม้ในเมืองอย่างยั่งยืนในประเทศไทย" ตั้งแต่วันที่ 9-29 มีนาคม 2568 ก็เสร็จสิ้นลงอย่างสมบูรณ์แบบ โดยได้รับการสนับสนุนจากกรมความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ (TICA) กระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ซึ่งมีผู้เข้าร่วมจาก 12 ประเทศ รวม 19 ราย

ตลอดระยะเวลาสามสัปดาห์ ทุกท่านได้ร่วมเรียนรู้, แลกเปลี่ยนความรู้, และสร้างมิตรภาพที่ดีจากทั่วโลก จากการศึกษาดูงานในสถานที่สำคัญต่าง ๆ ที่นำไปสู่ความเข้าใจลึกซึ้งในการจัดการป่าไม้และต้นไม้ในเมืองอย่างยั่งยืน

A Farewell to a Journey: Thank You for the Successful International Training Program

🌿 Sustainable Urban Forest and Tree Management Training 🌿

All good things must come to an end... And so, our international training program on "Sustainable Forest and Tree Management in Urban Areas in Thailand," held from March 9–29, 2025, has successfully concluded. This program, supported by the Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), Ministry of Foreign Affairs, brought together 19 participants from 12 countries.

Over the course of three weeks, participants engaged in deep learning, exchanging knowledge, and forming lasting friendships from around the world. Field visits to significant locations helped enhance our understanding of sustainable forest and tree management in urban settings.

🌱 Thank You to All Participants 🌱

We extend our deepest gratitude to TICA for their generous financial and collaborative support. Thanks to the Department of Forestry team and the experts who shared their valuable knowledge and experiences. A special thanks goes to the owners of the field study sites for allowing us to learn directly from their work. And, of course, to the 19 participants who brought vibrancy and enthusiasm to this training.

Though the training has ended, what remains are the friendships, cherished memories, and the ever-growing TICA family network. Together, we will continue to work toward a sustainable world.

🌿 วันที่ปิดการฝึกอบรม 🌿

เมื่อวันที่ 28 มีนาคม 2568 วันสุดท้ายของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมนานาชาติเรื่อง "การจัดการป่าไม้และต้นไม้ในเมืองอย่างยั่งยืนในประเทศไทย" ได้มาถึงจุดสำคัญ โดยมีพิธีปิดการฝึกอบรมที่ห้องประชุม 1 อาคารเทียมคมกฤส กรมป่าไม้ ผู้เข้าร่วมการฝึกอบรมจาก 12 ประเทศ รวม 19 ราย ได้มีโอกาสร่วมเฉลิมฉลองกับความสำเร็จในการเรียนรู้ตลอดระยะเวลา 3 สัปดาห์เต็ม

พิธีปิดการฝึกอบรมมีผู้อำนวยการสำนักการป่าไม้ต่างประเทศเป็นประธานในพิธี พร้อมกับผู้แทนจากกรมความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ (TICA) ที่เข้าร่วมเป็นเกียรติในครั้งนี้ ซึ่งเป็นการแสดงถึงความสำคัญของการร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศในการพัฒนาทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม

🌍 แรงบันดาลใจจากการเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน 🌍

ในการฝึกอบรมนี้ ผู้เข้าร่วมได้ร่วมกันศึกษาและเรียนรู้แนวทางการจัดการป่าไม้และต้นไม้ในเมืองอย่างยั่งยืน ผ่านกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ที่ได้ลงมือทำจริงจากการเดินทางศึกษาดูงานในสถานที่ต่าง ๆ ซึ่งเป็นการเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจและความตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการอนุรักษ์ธรรมชาติในพื้นที่เมือง

💚 เหตุการณ์ที่ไม่คาดคิด 💚

แต่ในวันปิดการฝึกอบรมนี้ ยังมีเหตุการณ์ที่ทำให้ทุกคนตื่นเต้นเล็กน้อย นั่นคือเหตุการณ์แผ่นดินไหวที่เกิดขึ้นในประเทศพม่า ซึ่งสามารถรับรู้ได้ถึงประเทศไทย แม้ว่าจะเป็นเหตุการณ์ที่ทำให้เกิดความตกใจ แต่เราก็เห็นได้ชัดว่า ในความไม่แน่นอนของโลกนี้ สิ่งที่สำคัญคือการมีความพร้อมและการตอบสนองที่ดีในทุกสถานการณ์

🌟 การเดินทางที่ยังไม่สิ้นสุด 🌟

On March 28, 2025, the final day of the "Sustainable Forest and Tree Management in Urban Areas in Thailand" training program took place. The closing ceremony was held at the Meeting Room 1, Tiampakomkris Building, Department of Forestry. Participants from 12 countries, totaling 19 individuals, gathered to celebrate the successful completion of the three-week training.

The ceremony was presided over by the Director of the Foreign Forestry Division, with representatives from the Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) also in attendance, underscoring the importance of international collaboration in natural resource development and environmental conservation.
