ဤမဟာဗျူဟာတွင် အခြေအနေများပြောင်းလဲနေသည့်ကာလအတွင်း လျင်မြန်စွာတုံ့ပြန်နိုင်မှု၊ တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိမှုနှင့် အပြောင်းအလဲများနှင့်လိုက်လျောညီထွေဖြစ်နိုင်မှုတို့ကို ထိန်းသိမ်းထားမည့် TBC ၏ လမ်းကြောင်းကို ဖော်ပြထားပါသည်။

แผนยุทธศาสตร์ฉบับนี้พัฒนาขึ้นภายใต้บริบทของงบประมาณที่ลดลง โอกาสการตั้งถิ่นฐานใหม่ที่จำกัด ความขัดแย้งที่ยังคงดำเนินอยู่ในเมียนมา และนโยบายที่กำลังเปลี่ยนแปลงในประเทศไทย โดยกำหนดแนวทางว่า The Border Consortium จะคงความคล่องตัว มีความรับผิดชอบ และสามารถตอบสนองต่อสถานการณ์ได้อย่างไร แผนดังกล่าวยังเน้นย้ำถึงความมุ่งมั่นในการคงไว้ซึ่งการสนับสนุนด้านมนุษยธรรมที่จำเป็น ควบคู่กับการเสริมสร้างความเป็นผู้นำของชุมชนและการตัดสินใจที่ยึดโยงกับบริบทท้องถิ่นมากยิ่งขึ้น

A new report from The Border Consortium reveals how refugee-led camp management on the Thai–Myanmar border has sustained protection, stability, and effective governance for more than four decades, challenging conventional humanitarian models that treat refugees only as beneficiaries. The findings make a strong case for refugee-led governance as a proven, durable localisation model with critical implications for the future of humanitarian policy and protracted displacement responses worldwide.

TBC’s 2026–2028 Strategic Plan is now available in English.

Developed in a context of declining funding, constrained resettlement, ongoing conflict in Myanmar, and evolving policy in Thailand, this strategy sets out how The Border Consortium will remain agile, accountable, and responsive. It outlines our commitment to sustaining essential humanitarian support while strengthening community leadership and locally grounded decision-making.
