Thai-Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Overseas Pakistani Thai Association hosted a farewell dinner in honour of Ambassador Rukhsana Afzaal. The event was graciously hosted by Abdul Ghafar Warsi and attended by members of the Pakistani community, Ambassadors and friends of Pakistan, who expressed appreciation for the Ambassador’s valuable contributions towards strengthening Pakistan–Thailand relations.

Ambassador Rukhsana Afzaal hosted Sheikhul Islam, H.E Mr. Jalaluddin Bin Hussein to dinner at Pakistan House. H.E was accompanied by senior members of Sheikhul Islam’s Office, Regional Islamic Da’wah Council of Southeast Asia and Pacific, President of TPFA, and faculty members of different Thai universities. They exchanged views on Thai-Pakistan academic cooperation and partnership in halal sciences. They agreed to remain actively engaged on the subject and to continue close coordination moving forward.

The event featured speeches, documentaries, children’s activities, and a vibrant flag presentation by young children, reflecting patriotism, unity, and remembrance of the sacrifices made by the armed forces for Pakistan.
