Step Back into Old Chiang Mai at Wat Lok Moli 🛕✨

Just outside Chiang Mai’s Old City, Wat Lok Moli is a peaceful historic temple filled with beautiful Lanna character.

One of its most striking features is the large ancient brick chedi, standing behind an intricately decorated wooden viharn. The temple was already mentioned in records as early as 1367, while the chedi was commissioned in 1527 during the Lanna period.

Take a quiet walk around the temple grounds, admire the detailed woodwork, and enjoy a glimpse into Chiang Mai’s rich history away from the busier tourist spots. 🌿🤍
