Fourteen emerging leaders,
Seven countries,
One week.
The sixth MENA Leadership Academy just closed in Hammamet bringing together young founders, C-suite executives, lawyers, and social entrepreneurs from Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, Türkiye, Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia.
Executive presence sessions gave way to peer advisory circles, building trust no lecture can create.
Midweek: Tunis' Startup Village, working sessions with Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung partners. Leadership built at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and enterprise, not in a classroom.
Closing days on finance and AI marked the real shift: frameworks became recalibration. Participants started reading their own organizations differently.
What stays isn't a curriculum. It's relational infrastructure: fourteen leaders, seven markets, many opportunities, and one network.
