As a result of the Turkish Georgian meeting an agreement was reached to further deepen our activities within the scope of security cooperation between the two countries.

28 Mayıs 2025 günü Sarp Hudut Kapısı’nda, Dış İlişkiler Daire Başkanımız Sayın Gökhan DEMİRTOLA’nın başkanlığındaki ve İnterpol-Europol Daire Başkan Yardımcısı İskender Güray KESKİN’in de katılım sağladığı heyetimiz ile Gürcistan heyeti arasında toplantı gerçekleştirilmiştir.

On 28 May 2025, a meeting was held at the Sarp Border Gate between our delegation — led by Mr. Gökhan DEMİRTOLA, Head of the Department of Foreign Relations, including Mr. İskender Güray KESKİN, Deputy Head of the Interpol-Europol Department— and the Georgian delegation.

Following the SELEC Senior Management Elections held in Romania, Head of Our Department Mr Gökhan DEMİRTOLA paid a courtesy visit to H.E. Ambassador Mr. Özgür Kıvanç Altan at the Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye.

EGM Dış İlişkiler Dairesi olarak Sayın Johan Peshevski ve Sayın Chavdar Georgiev’e yeni görevlerinde başarılar dileriz. Üye devletlerle olan iş birliğimizin giderek güçlenerek devam etmesini temenni ediyoruz.

As TNP Foreign Relations Department we extend our best wishes for success in their new positions to Mr. Johan Peshevski, and Mr. Chavdar Georgiev. We hope that our cooperation with member states will continue to grow stronger.

15 Mayıs 2025 tarihinde Romanya’nın Bükreş kentinde bulunan SELEC Merkezinde gerçekleştirilen 25. SELEC Konsey Toplantısında, Türkiye, Hukuk Direktörü ve Operasyon Direktörü pozisyonları için yapılan seçimlerde Seçim Komitesi’nde temsil edilmiştir.

25th SELEC Council Meeting held at the SELEC Headquarters in Bucharest, Romania, on 15 May 2025, Türkiye was represented in the Election Committee during the election for the positions of Legal Director and Operational Director.

Happy Mother’s Day!

Güney Sudan Barışı Koruma Operasyonu Misyonu (UNMISS) bünyesinde bir yıllık görev süresini dolduran ve Türkiye’ye dönecek personelimiz için Juba Büyükelçiliğimizde veda programı yapılarak madalya ve plaket takdimi ile teşekkür edilmiştir.

A farewell program was held at our Turkish Embassy in Juba for our UNPOL personnel who have completed their one-year duty under the United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) and returning to Türkiye. During the program, medals and plaques were presented with appreciation.
