เมื่อวันที่ 13 พฤษภาคม 2569 นางสาวพัณณ์ชิตา รมยานนท์ อุปทูตฯ พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงอังการา ได้ให้การต้อนรับ พันเอก นิคม ชุมภู ผู้ช่วยทูตฝ่ายทหารบกฯ และรักษาการผู้ช่วยทูตทหารไทยประจำกรุงอิสลามาบัด (ซึ่งมีเขตอาณาครอบคลุมสาธารณรัฐตุรกี) และภริยา ในโอกาสเดินทางมาราชการ ณ กรุงอังการา เพื่อแนะนำตัวต่อ Foreign Attaché Liaison Office (FALO) ภายใต้กระทรวงกลาโหมตุรกี ซึ่งเป็นหน่วยงานประสานงานด้านผู้ช่วยทูตทหารต่างประเทศของตุรกี รวมทั้งแนะนำตัวและหารือข้อราชการกับสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ

ในโอกาสดังกล่าว ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้แลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความร่วมมือระหว่างไทยและตุรกี โดยเฉพาะด้านความมั่นคง ความร่วมมือทางกลาโหม และอุตสาหกรรมป้องกันประเทศ รวมถึงแนวทางส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระหว่างหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องของทั้งสองประเทศในอนาคต

On 13 May 2026, Ms. Phanchita Rommayanont, Chargé d’Affaires a.i., together with officials of the Royal Thai Embassy in Ankara, welcomed Colonel Nikhom Chumpoo, Defence and Military Attaché of the Royal Thai Embassy in Islamabad (accredited to the Republic of Türkiye), and his spouse, during their official visit to Ankara in order to introduce himself to the Foreign Attaché Liaison Office (FALO) under the Ministry of National Defence of the Republic of Türkiye, the office responsible for coordinating with foreign military attachés, as well as to have an introductory meeting with the Royal Thai Embassy.

On this occasion, both sides exchanged views on cooperation between Thailand and Türkiye, particularly in the areas of security, military cooperation, and the defence industry, including ways to further enhance collaboration between relevant agencies of the two countries in the future.

เมื่อวันที่ 12 พฤษภาคม 2569 สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงอังการา ได้เข้าร่วมงาน International Friendship Day ณ มหาวิทยาลัย Hacettepe กรุงอังการา ร่วมกับสถานเอกอัครราชทูตต่างประเทศในตุรกีและนักศึกษาต่างชาติมากกว่า 25 ประเทศ เพื่อเผยแพร่และนำเสนอวัฒนธรรมและ soft power ของไทย

ภายในงานสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้จัดกิจกรรม “เขียนชื่อเป็นภาษาไทย” ซึ่งได้รับความสนใจจากนักศึกษาตุรกีและต่างชาติเป็นจำนวนมาก นอกจากนี้ ยังได้นำเสนออาหาร street food ของไทย ได้แก่ ลูกชิ้นไก่และไส้กรอกไก่วุ้นเส้น ให้ผู้เข้าร่วมงานได้ร่วมชิม โดยได้รับการตอบรับเป็นอย่างดีจากทั้งนักศึกษาชาวตุรกีและชาวต่างชาติ

การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมครั้งนี้นับเป็นอีกหนึ่งโอกาสสำคัญในการส่งเสริมภาพลักษณ์ของประเทศไทยผ่านมิติด้านวัฒนธรรม อาหาร และวิถีชีวิตไทย ตลอดจนสร้างความใกล้ชิดและความเข้าใจอันดีระหว่างไทยและตุรกีในระดับประชาชน

On 12 May 2026, the Royal Thai Embassy in Ankara participated in the International Friendship Day at Hacettepe University in Ankara, alongside foreign embassies in Türkiye and international students from more than 25 countries, to promote and showcase Thai culture and soft power 🇹🇭

During the event, the Embassy organized a “Write Your Name in Thai” activity, which attracted significant interest from both Turkish and international students. The Embassy also introduced Thai street food, including Thai chicken meatballs and chicken sausages, for participants to taste. The dishes were very well received by both Turkish and international students.

The Embassy’s participation in the event served as another valuable opportunity to promote Thailand’s image through its culture, cuisine, and way of life, while also fostering closer ties and mutual understanding between the peoples of Thailand and Türkiye.

เมื่อวันที่ 6 พฤษภาคม 2569 สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงอังการา ได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม International Culture Day ณ มหาวิทยาลัย OSTİM Teknik ร่วมกับสถานเอกอัครราชทูตต่างประเทศในตุรกีและนักศึกษาต่างชาติกว่า 20 ประเทศ เพื่อเผยแพร่และนำเสนอวัฒนธรรม อัตลักษณ์ และ soft power ของไทยให้เป็นที่รู้จักในหมู่นักศึกษาและชาวต่างชาติในตุรกี

ภายในงาน สอท. ได้นำเสนอข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับประเทศไทย การท่องเที่ยวไทย ศิลปวัฒนธรรมไทย และอาหารไทย โดยได้นำอาหารไทยมาให้ผู้เข้าร่วมงานได้ร่วมชิม ซึ่งได้รับความสนใจและเสียงตอบรับเป็นอย่างดีจากทั้งนักศึกษาตุรกีและนักศึกษาต่างชาติที่เข้าร่วมงาน

On 6 May 2026, the Royal Thai Embassy in Ankara participated in the International Culture Day at OSTİM Technical University, alongside foreign embassies in Türkiye and international students from more than 20 countries, to promote and showcase Thai culture, identity, and soft power among Turkish and international students in Türkiye.

During the event, the Embassy presented information on Thailand, Thai tourism, Thai arts and culture, as well as Thai cuisine. Thai food was also served for participants to sample and was very well received by both Turkish and international students attending the event.
