Sile's villages

With the beginning of spring, we appreciate a visite of Sile's villages. The fauna and flora suddenly emerged from the winter break and make the landscape very much alive. As you can see on the pictures, traditional wood houses are very common in our region.

The lighthouse appears as one symbol of our seaside city. Build in 1859 by a french company, it is still working nowadays. From the top of its 19 meters, the lighthouse overhangs the sea and constitute a remarkable point of view.
At night, its light is visible until 74 km around (40 miles) and gives a particular atmosphere to the city.
A perfect place to have a walk and admire an other side of Sile.
