Today we pay tribute to Brother Valentino, Anthony Emrold Phillip, (The People's Calypsonian) a true legend whose spirit and artistry touched the very soul of our nation, sadly left us on October 21, 2026, at the age of 85.
His life was a radiant beacon of passion, dedication, and creativity that forever shaped the heartbeat of calypso music. His unforgettable contributions will live on eternally, etched into the cultural legacy of Trinidad and Tobago, inspiring generations to come with the power of his music and the depth of his spirit.
