To donate blood in Trinidad, visit the Ministry of Health's Share Blood TT platform for an online appointment or visit a regional collection center directly.

Donors must be at least 17 years old, weigh at least 110 pounds (50 kg), and be in general good health. There is no upper age limit for donating blood.
