The RRCB is an independent body that certifies Recognized Majority Unions in Trinidad and Tobago That makes us an independent statutory body.

Since confirming the results of the Agency Shop Order on the 12th of June 2023 the RRCB has performed the relevant administrative functions to allow the results to be viewed publicly. However, the results were communicated to the applicant (TTUTA) upon confirmation. The wait is over, you may view the results here:

The Agency Shop Order ballot closed at 5pm automatically.

Some employees had issues with the ballot that were filed. All issues will be considered and contact with be made with everyone before the official posting of the results.
