We provide young people with the knowledge and skills they need to own their economic success, plan for their future and make smart academic and economic choices.

JA volunteers use hands-on experiences to help young people understand the business of life and bring the real world to schools.

Our programs focus of three key success areas:

Entrepreneurship
Financial Literacy
Work-Readiness

JA programs empowers students to make a connection between what they learn in school and how it can be applied in the real world. This enhances the relevance of their classroom learning and increases their understanding of the value of staying in school.
