A Title Search is an important step in the process of purchasing land for residential purpose or the house-buying process. It helps confirm who legally owns a property and identifies any outstanding debts, liens, or other issues that may affect the sale.

Conducting a Title Search can help ensure that the seller has the legal right to sell the property and can protect buyers from unexpected complications.

Officers are on site to provide information on Home Construction and Home Improvement Subsidies.

The Housing Development Corporation is also on site to share information on housing solutions.

The Ministry of Housing - Trinidad and Tobago along with its agency the Housing Development Corporation (HDC) will be at the Tunapuna Community Centre to provide information on Home Improvement and Home Construction Subsidies as well as programmes of the HDC.
