The San Fernando Carnival Committee convened its Post-Carnival Stakeholders’ Meeting on Wednesday 25th February, 2026 at City Hall to review Carnival 2026 and chart the way forward for an even stronger 2027.

Key discussions focused on Monday Night Mas, operational improvements, steelband coordination along Coffee Street, and enhancing the overall Carnival experience — including proposals for a reimagined Southern “SocaDrome” brand. Stakeholders also confirmed the immediate establishment of a Carnival Subcommittee to begin planning for Carnival 2027.

The Committee extends sincere thanks to all partners, sponsors, security services, bandleaders, steelbands, and patrons who made it possible.

San Fernando Carnival continues to grow as a dynamic cultural brand for Trinidad’s Second City and the work towards 2027 has already begun. 🎭✨
