We are a cocoa estate established in 2015.
The beans harvested will be utilized with other high-quality beans throughout Trinidad and Tobago to establish our bean-to-bar, single-origin Dark and Milk Chocolates, Teas, and personal care products. It is our intention to showcase the versatility of Trinitario Cocoa and the quality of Trinidad and Tobago chocolates.

2023 was a challenging but productive year for me and .
I was completely physically and mentally burnt out. We took a few months to rest and recharge...and we are slowly getting there. Hopefully 🙂.
Cocoa production on the estate has started slow but sure, much better than last year. I am blessed to have my good friend Joe to give me a helping hand today.🙏🏾
