β¨ Reflecting on a successful "Workplace Wellness Seminar" β¨
Last Thursday, the Department of Labour welcomed representatives from each Division of the Tobago House of Assembly to its "Workplace Wellness Seminar," creating a valuable opportunity for learning, collaboration, and professional development.
We extend our sincere appreciation to Mr. Nigel Taitt, Assistant Secretary, Office of the Chief Secretary, who gave the opening remarks - for his support of this important initiative and his commitment to the wellbeing and professional development of the THA workforce.
We also thank our distinguished speakers for sharing their knowledge, expertise, and practical insights on Mental Wellness, Financial Wellness, Work-Life Balance, and Holistic Wellness. Their contributions sparked meaningful discussions and provided participants with valuable tools to support healthier and more productive workplaces.
To all participants, thank you for your active engagement, thoughtful contributions, and enthusiasm throughout the day's proceedings. Your participation helped make the seminar both impactful and rewarding.
