雖然注重口腔衛生清潔很重要，但有時清潔力道過度也可能會適得其反喔！例如這位女士使用牙間刷清潔牙縫，用力過度斷在牙肉下面，斷掉的部分埋在深層，造成牙齦紅腫發炎疼痛很久！請記得無論使用牙刷、牙線或牙間刷，不要用力過大喔！

Even though maintaining good oral hygiene is important, cleaning too aggressively can sometimes be counterproductive. For example, in the picture, we can see this lady used an interdental brush to clean between her teeth, yet she did it too hard so the interdental brush snapped off below the gumline and the broken piece became lodged under the gum , causing prolonged gum inflammation and pain.
No matter you use a toothbrush, dental floss or interdental brush to clean between your teeth, make sure not to use excessive force.

Aunque mantener una buena higiene oral es muy importante, hacerlo con demasiada fuerza puede ser contraproducente. Por ejemplo, en la imagen podemos ver que esta paciente usó un cepillo interdental para limpiar entre sus dientes, pero lo hizo con demasiada fuerza, por lo que el cepillo interdental se fracturó por debajo de la encía y quedó allí, lo que causó inflamación de la encía durante mucho tiempo.
No importa si usas un cepillo de dientes, hilo dental o un cepillo interdental para limpiar entre los dientes, asegúrate de no hacerlo con demasiada fuerza.
