The EAC celebrates Hon. Veronica M. Nduva, the 7th Secretary General.

She was the first woman to hold the office and the youngest in the history of the Community.
Hon. Nduva assumed office at a delicate time when the EAC was facing institutional turbulence. In just 22 months, her tenure delivered organisational stabilisation, rebuilt confidence and repositioned the EAC as a people-centred Community.
Warm wishes!
