These hippos are always comfortable spending their few hours at a sandbank of the Grumeti River. Western Serengeti 💙 🤍 🇹🇿

It is a Lappet-faced Vulture (Torgos tracheliotus). Haas a Bare pink head to neck, broad bill, blackish-brown above usually spreads Wings like Dancing Amapiano☺️

Lappet-faced Vulture is the largest species of Vultures
Despite their massive body still they have weak Talons, makes it difficult for them to hold and lift a prey. After Descending to a carcass they definitely Swallow and reserve food in the stomach for their chicks and feed them later by regurgitating.

This Lady has something to do with flies. It seems she has released eyes discharge (tears) and Nasal fluids and the odors attracted them to stick on this scary face.
It is a kind of irritation and a Liones feels discomfort and finally she has decided to close her eyes.

However, On a wounded face, flies can cause a lot of side effects such as spread of diseases and distracting their normal behavior.
