🏆 INTERNATIONAL PRIZE “WE ARE TOGETHER” 2026

The sixth season of the International Prize has been launched. Foreign citizens and organizations can submit applications until May 24, 2026, on the official website of the Prize: https://wearetogetherprize.com/

The International Prize is an international contest aimed at recognizing and supporting projects that help people and improve the quality of life in Russia and around the world. The Prize was established in 2020 and today unites more than 200,000 projects from Russia and 147 countries that have helped millions of people across the world.

The Prize consists of 2 tracks: National – for citizens and organizations from Russia, and International – for volunteers and organizations from different countries.

The topic of the International Track of the 2026 Prize is "International Year of Volunteers: Recognizing the Contribution of Volunteers to Global Development." Applications for the Prize can be submitted by foreign individuals (volunteers, unregistered associations) and representatives of foreign legal entities (registered non-profit and commercial organizations implementing projects in socially significant areas) in the following 2 nominations:
• Sustainable Future (projects in the field of environmental protection, environmental education, responsible consumption, "green" economy and technology, harmonizing the interaction between humans and nature)

• Human Assistance (projects aimed at improving the well-being of vulnerable categories of citizens, providing social and humanitarian assistance, supporting healthcare, donorship, helping the elderly and people with disabilities)

🥇✈️ International laureates will receive an invitation to the International Forum of Civil Participation , which is traditionally held in Moscow in December 2026. The Forum will host the country's top officials and leaders of international organizations. Finalists also receive a comprehensive support package, including an educational program, expert and mentor assistance, opportunities to scale their projects, and media support.

🏆🎞 Tunawaalika kwenye onesho la kipekee la tamthilia iliyojaa matukio na vimbwenga - "Mwanangu" (My Son), iliyotayarishwa na Ramar King, filamu iliyoshinda teuzi 11 katika Tuzo za Tamasha la Filamu la Tanzania (TAFFA).

Ni hadithi juu ya mwanamke aliyekuwa mhalifu hapo zamani, ambaye mumewe ameuawa, na mwanae ametekwa nyara. Ili kumwokoa mtoto wake huyo, analazimika kurejea kwenye ulimwengu wa uhalifu, hatari na uliojaa ukatili. Waigizaji- nyota katika filamu ya ni: John Elisha, Malki Salum na Ramar King.

📜🇷🇺 Russian Language Day!

📚 This time we are holding a celebration at the Central National Library.

🎭 There will be a waltz, songs, and refreshments for you.
And, of course, the poems of the world–famous poet A.S. Pushkin.

✨ Come and immerse yourself in the atmosphere of warmth, friendship and the Russian language!

Mr. President, tell us please!

✨ We held a festive reception in honor of the appointment of our friend, Dr. Alfred Kamuzora, as the head of the African alumni associations of Soviet and Russian universities.

🎤 No boring meetings! It was like a stand-up evening, "free mic".

🌬️ - In order not to freeze in Russia, I wore 4 shirts, and then I got used to it. Just kidding, it's not always cold in Russia.

🎓🇷🇺 The audience was laughing and listening attentively. After all, those Tanzanians who studied in the Soviet Union and those who received diplomas in modern Russia came to us. And, of course, future students who will fly to study in Russia this year.

Graduates shared their personal experiences, life hacks, and how they adapted to the climate, lifestyle, and new culture. They gave valuable advice on how to combine studies and manage to lead an interesting student life.

🎞 During the festive dinner, we also watched S.Govorukhin's film "The Arctress", a retrospective screening of the director's memory.

A warm, friendly bond of generations. They are separated by decades, but Russia unites them!

Мистер президент, расскажите!

✨ Мы провели праздничный приём в честь назначения нашего друга, доктора Альфреда Камузоры, главой африканских ассоциаций выпускников советских и российских вузов.

🎤 Никаких скучных заседаний! Это было как стендап-вечер, "свободный микрофон"

❄️ - Чтобы не замёрзнуть в России я надевал 4 рубашки, а потом привык. Шучу, в России не всегда холодно.

🎓🇷🇺 В зале и смеялись, и внимательно слушали. Ведь к нам пришли и те танзанийцы, кто учился в Советском Союзе, и те, кто получал дипломы уже в современной России. И, конечно, будущие студенты, кто улетит на учёбу в Россию в этом году.

Выпускники делились личным опытом, лайфхаками, рассказали, как адаптировались к климату, быту и новой культуре. Давали ценные советы, как совмещать учёбу и успевать вести интересную студенческую жизнь.

🎞️ За праздничным ужином посмотрели ещё и фильм С. Говорухина "Артистка", ретроспективный показ памяти режиссёра.

🫂 Теплая, дружеская связь поколений. Их разделяют десятилетия, но объединяет Россия!

👩‍🎓 Wanafunzi wanaojifunza lugha ya Kirusi katika Kituo cha Sayansi na Utamaduni cha Urusi jijini Dar Es Salaam, walifahamishwa juu ya maisha ya ndugu wawili - Siril na Methodius, pia juu ya uundwaji wa alfabeti ya Kisirili na kuibuka kwa uandishi wa Kislavik, pamoja na lugha za Kislavik.

📖 Wanafunzi pia walitambulishwa mila na taratibu za jinsi Siku ya Uandishi wa Kislavik na Utamaduni inavyosherehekewa katika nchi mbali mbali.

📜🖋️ Day of Slavic Writing and Culture

👩‍🏫 We held an open lesson dedicated to the Day of Slavic Writing and Culture!

👩‍🎓 Students of our Russian language courses at The Russian Center for Science and Culture in Dar es Salaam learned about the life of the brothers Cyril and Methodius, about the creation of the Cyrillic alphabet and the emergence of Slavic writing, about Slavic languages.

The students also got acquainted with the traditions of celebrating the Day of Slavic Writing and Culture in different countries.

☕ And, of course, there were russian "sushki" and tea too.

🧑🏻‍🏫 Our colleague Maria Ruslyakova, head of the Russian language courses, won the "One Run Marathon" at a distance of 5 kilometers in Zanzibar.

🏆 "One Run Marathon" united 30 countries and more than 250,000 athlets today. That's a global sport event organized by the Russian movement "ЗаБег.РФ" ("For Run RU" in English)

😎 Just try to imagine how our Maria can teach you to speak Russian language if she is so full of energy!

The contest was founded in 2014 by the “Rossiya Segodnya Media Group” under the auspices of the Commission of the Russian Federation for UNESCO.

The contest is platform to discover emerging talents in photojournalism, uphold and develop high standards, and establish criteria for the quality of documentary photography.
