Today is International Menstrual Hygiene Day 🩸💛
A day to break the silence, end the stigma, and remind every girl that periods are normal, not shameful.
When we talk openly and provide access to products, education, and safe facilities, we keep girls in school, protect their health, and restore their dignity.
Menstrual health is a right. Not a privilege. Let’s make it normal for everyone.
“Supporting women during their period doesn’t take anything away from your manhood. If anything, it adds to it. That’s what makes you a real gentleman.”
This talk show was all about boys and men standing with girls and women to break the stigma around menstruation.
Because real change happens when we talk about it openly, support each other, and make periods a normal part of the conversation.
No shame. No silence. Just solidarity and respect.

Today we visited 2 schools Kibasila secondary school and Tandika secondary school📍
We had a special moment with the girls and introduced Aunt Flo’s Dopp Kit 😍🥰
They learned what goes inside and why it matters for period days at school.
Now they know what a Dopp Kit is and they’re ready to have one in their bags ,so they can always be prepared, with no shame and no surprises.
Even in Red we enjoy the ride🥰
