⚽ Soka kwa Wote, Amani na Umoja

Tarehe 23 Mei, kutakuwa na Bonanza la Mpira wa Miguu linaloandaliwa na CEFA kwa ufadhili wa European Union - Tanzania. Wakazi wa Dar es Salaam watakutanishwa kupitia mchezo wa soka kuonyesha mshikamano na ushirikiano.

Kaulimbiu ni “Soka kwa Wote, Amani na Umoja”. Bonanza hili linalenga kuongeza ushirikishwaji, mijadala, usawa na kuheshimiana kupitia michezo.

Timu zitakazoshiriki zitajumuisha wawakilishi kutoka mashirika ya kiraia, vikundi vya kijamii, mitandao ya vijana pamoja na wawakilishi wa Team Europe.

Mashindano haya yatafanyika kipindi cha uadhimishwaji wa Mwezi wa Ulaya, unaoadhimishwa kila mwezi Mei kwa lengo la kuhamasisha umoja, ushirikiano na maadili ya pamoja, huku yakionesha nguvu ya michezo katika kuunganisha watu na jamii.

⚽ Football for Peace & Unity

On 23 May, a participatory community football tournament implemented by CEFA with funding from the European Union in Tanzania will bring communities together through sport, solidarity and teamwork.

Under the slogan “Soka kwa Wote, Amani na Umoja” (Football for All, Peace and Unity), the initiative promotes inclusion, dialogue, equality and mutual respect through sport.

Participating teams will include representatives from civil society organisations, community groups, youth networks and Team Europe.

Taking place during Europe Month, celebrated every May to promote unity, partnership and shared values, the tournament highlights the power of sport to connect people and communities.

, it supports more efficient port operations, streamlined trade processes, and low-carbon transport systems. The Port of Dar es Salaam is a critical regional gateway which handles around 95% of Tanzania’s international trade and provides maritime access to several landlocked
