NRM Secretariat Arua, wants to congratulate Hon Paparu Lillian Obiale, the woman MP elect for Arua District, upon her Unopposed Nomination, for the District Women MP seat for Arua District.

We equally, Congratulate all NRM MP flag bearers, City Mayor flag bearer, all the LC V Chairperson flag bearers, City Division flag bearers, DLC flag bearers, LC III Chairperson flag bearers and all the Parish and Wards flag bearers, upon your successful Nominations for the generally elections.

The ground is set now, for us to start serious mobilization for all our flag bearers, at all levels. We wish to encourage, all Candidates running of NRM ticket, to work hard and campaign for all other NRM Candidates for other positions, including the President.

Let's minimize, clashes with other independent NRM leaning Candidates and the opposition Candidates, its important to run a peaceful campaigns.

We shall join all our candidates for the various positions, to mobilize support for them.

We have managed to fill candidates for all the positions declared by the independent electoral commission, as we await for the nomination of our Presidential flag bearer HE Yoweri Museveni.

We also wish to apologize to all our candidates and supporters, where they felt we didn't serve them well, we hope to improve on our services to all, equally.

NRM-Arua, is determined to maintain the party's (NRM) strength in the Newly created District of Madi-Okollo.
We thank, HE the President of Uganda, the Cabinet and the Parliament of Uganda, not forgetting Hon Ogama Ali of lower Madi constituency and Hon Etuka Isaac of Upper-Madi constituency.

We also greatly appreciate all the cadres, who worked so hard to maintain the strength of NRM as a party in the District area of Madi Okollo.

NRM Secretariat of the greater Arua will continue to work in the mobilization for the party in the newly created district of Madi, for all the Government programs and all the political activities of the party, as they may come.
