Finrad

Our History

Inspired by the work of various charity agencies in Uganda, Vine Aure and Gloria Kalule founded FINRAD Limited in November 2012 to bring the Social Impact Bond model to Uganda. Finrad Strategy was chosen as a brand name for our Social Enterprise in response to the need for radical strategies to reduce the socio-economic, technological, educational and health inequalities in Uganda. We hope that as the global political climate reduces the reliability of foreign aid, Finrad Strategy will be a leader in making Uganda self-sustainable.Through Citizen Science , Social Finance , and Social Technology we hope to bring locally applicable solutions and opportunities to the disadvantaged in Uganda and help this country to achieve its development goals.........by all radical and legal means possible!
