Our attention has been drawn to news circulating on Social Media about a purported fire outbreak at the Ministry of Public Service

We would like to inform the general public that there was NO fire outbreak today at the Ministry Offices

A fire outbreak was however reported at a neighbouring facility belonging to the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industries and Fisheries (MAAIF)

The Ministry will continue to observe all preventative and safety measures at its premises

The Stakeholder engagement workshop on service delivery standards held on 02nd November 2021 at CSCU jinja with group discussions which were later shared with other stakeholders.The presentation was opened up by Mr. Fenard Katatumba (HR Manager NEMA) and gave a presentation on Forestry and Environment.

Stakeholder engagement workshop on service delivery standards organized by MOPS inspection and quality assurance Department in collaboration with the Ministry of Local Government

The Minister of Public Service was in Bugunga Village in Kapyanga subcounty in Bugiri District yesterday, monitoring progress of the NSDS.he interacted with the citzens who are directly impacted by the services government provides.

At Bugiri District headquarters after interacting with service providers , he planted a tree infront of the administration in memory of the visit.
