Tanzanians Have decided, Ugandans will soon decide!!! Any lesson Learnt from Tanzanians, though Zanzibar is yet decided!...
There we go, Multiparty Democracy in a real sense.!!! We are not yet there...

The Republic of Burundi have just completed their elections, a new government has been sworn in for power in the next 5 years, What is the status of the Public Policy implementation for the last five/ten years of the government...
1. GDP increased/decreased?,
2. poverty reduction?..
3. Employment level increased/decreased?..
4. investments increased/Den creased?
5. Government expenditure increased/decreased?
6. Government services to the wananchi..education, health, clean water, electricity, infrastructure - reads, water, air, telecommunication? to name a few, have these changed the life of a common mwananchi????

Tanzania is next to DECIDE this OCTOBER 25th 2015!!!! followed bu Uganda January 2016???Rwanda & Kenya will soon follow in 2017!!

How prepared are we to analyze the use of public funds for the public by the governments in power!!???
