Job Title: Retail Shop Supervisor

Reporting to: General Manager

Job Objective

The Retail Shop Supervisor is tasked with operating a Mobile Devices shop successfully to ensure achievement of the set business targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Achievement of monthly targets for Mr. Gadget products and services.

2. Compiling performance reports for the shop and individual staff on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly periods.

3. Ensuring full implementation of Mr. Gadget retail policy at all outlets.

4. Planning and implementation of national and outlet retail promotion.

5. Ensure achievement of 95% customer service standards in all retail outlets.

6. Conducting of mystery client surveys to ensure continuous improvement by outlets.

7. Ensuring continuous staff training and coaching in customer care and product knowledge.

8. Enforcement of proper MIS and record keeping in all Mr. Gadget outlets.

9. Conducting a regular price surveys to ensure market competitiveness of Mr. Gadget.

10. Ensure optimal in-store merchandising for all Mr. Gadget retail outlet.

11. Drive compliance to operational standards across all Mr. Gadget outlets.

Minimum recommended qualifications.

· University Degree preferably in Business Management or Business Studies

· Experience in managing customer care and retail operations in a fast paced industry.

· Ability to be innovative and creative in promoting retail sales.

· Must have great motivational, leadership and people management skills.

· Ability to train and coach others on various aspects of retail management.

· Must be a good negotiator.

Radiographer

Job Description
Radiographers perform various functions in their effort to perfectly diagnose patients’ diseases.
 Evaluate patients’ medical condition and history to determine most suitable radiographic technique for diagnosis.
 Interact with patients to offer them psychological support and address their concerns regarding an imaging procedure.
 Operate complex medical instruments such as X-ray, ultrasound, and several other imaging devices.
 Maintain proper records of patient details ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information
 Ensure proper patient preparation for the appropriate procedure
 Regularly Maintain the diagnostic equipment’s in their good condition and functional state
 Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines to minimize risk of exposure to the imaging modalities.
 Use portable devices to conduct diagnostic scans on patients who can’t move to the radiology unit.
 Ability to adjust to new imaging modalities as per hospital specialty.

Requirements – Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge – for Radiographer Job

 Education and Training: an Associate’s degree in radiologic technology, or a Bachelor’s degree in radiography/sonography. Attention to details: Radiographers are able to deliver accurate amounts of radiation to patients during diagnosis and therapy

 Competent in performing ultrasound examinations.
 High proficiency in performing TVS and obstetrics scan.
 Ability to pay attention and contribute to the management high risky pregnancies.
 Ability to perform 3D/4Dscan is an added advantage
 Quick to cope up with examinations related to IVF.
 Ability to accurately and efficiently perform on large numbers of patients.
 Ability to cope up with pressure.
 Good communication skill with clients.
 Ability operating other imaging modalities.
 Must be conversant with basic computer skills.
 Teamwork Ability: They are adept to working with other health professionals.
 Must be liable

Full time: Salary scale is from 1.2M to 2M net.

Position: Pharmacist

Job Overview

• To carry out specified duties as a Pharmacist, with competence and diligence, in order to help support the provision of an efficient, cost effective, and safe Pharmacy Service at Women’s Hospital International and Fertility Center which meets the Standards set in Uganda.

• While predominantly based at Women’s Hospital, the appointee may be required to work at offsite at any of the other sister branches from time to time.
• To participate in ongoing service improvements
• To provide leadership and supervision to the team of Pharmacy Technicians, trainee Technicians, administrative staff as may be assigned from time to time, including coaching, supporting and mentoring the Pharmacy Technician team
• Professionalism, at all times act in a way that is consistent with the professional and ethical standards of pharmacy practice as set by the Pharmacy Council of Uganda, to ensure service provided is efficient, safe, and professional.
• Maintain registration as a pharmacist i.e. possesses current Annual Practicing Certificate from Pharmacy Council of Uganda, with scope of practice of Pharmacist or higher.
• Maintain membership in an approved Continuing Professional Development Programs, and complete the requirements thereof
• Display a personal commitment to customer service.
Pharmacy Services Core Skills/ Duties:
• Competence in day to day dispensary practice as per departmental policies
• Active engagement with the multidisciplinary team in the provision of appropriate treatment
• The ability to identify multiple priorities, and independently allocate time and resources to achieve timely outcomes.
• The ability to effectively locate, analyze and communicate relevant and appropriate medicines information
• Use of knowledge to assess medication regimens and intervene where necessary
• Competence in day to day extemporaneous compounding practice
• Involvement in Quality Improvement Initiatives
• Demonstrates team-member skills, Supports values and encourages contributions of all team members, regularly accepts delegated tasks, participates at pharmacist/staff meetings, Contributes to staff training Dispensary & Supply Service
• Dispense medications from prescriptions and medication charts meeting legal and departmental requirements.
• Monitor patients’ prescriptions and medication charts for legality, availability, and any other medication related queries. Refer these to appropriate Ward team if follow-up is required.
• Promote adherence to the Hospital policies as they relate to pharmacy
• Dispense and deliver controlled drug and monitored medicine requisitions to wards and departments in a timely manner meeting legal and departmental requirements.
• Be familiar with and refer to appropriate reference materials when necessary, for example, the Pharmaceutical Schedule.
• Demonstrate stock control awareness, and participate in dispensary re-ordering procedures. Take the responsibility for the outcome of problem solving in provision of pharmaceutical care by Monitoring medication profiles of patients and give appropriate advice to promote drug utilization commensurate with best patient care.
• Monitoring biochemical, microbiological and hematological results when appropriate and liaise with medical staff as to the proper interpretation of those results with respect to drug usage.
• Participate in the medication reconciliation process and the reporting of clinical pharmacy key performance indicators.
• Perform clinical interventions when appropriate, noting recommendations in patients’ notes, and/or medication charts.
• Monitor patients’ prescriptions and medication charts for legality and appropriateness.
• Provide medication counseling to patients to improve understanding, compliance and tolerance.
• Participate in Drug Utilization Reviews, Quality Use of Medicines and Medication Safety initiatives when required including the reporting, reviewing and monitoring of medication incidents reported.
• Conduct literature searches and provide drug information for clinicians and patients as requested.
• Develop guidelines and protocols in consultation with direct patient care personnel.
• Undertake research and / or investigational work which is patient orientated and designed to improve patient care and/or departmental efficiency.

Endogel project
Part of your work will include duties relating to endogel usage at the hospital. This may include, research, analyzing and promoting marketing to other users within the region.
As this is not your primary role, remuneration for this will solely depend on results and at the discretion of the CEO who will directly supervise and approve all actions/ duties on the project.

Salary Scale: 2.5 m to 3m UGX net
