As we gear up to the 2021 PoLa-Lab Fellowship.

At the Forum we take this chance to thank all leaders that applied and those that have come through to the Selection stage. We are humbled by the zeal and hunger that young people have for learning, experience sharing, unlearning and engaging in decision making processes and leadership.

We had very insightful conversations on Gender, Democracy, governance Pandemics and the new world order, climate, leadership which were purely participant led. The youthful leaders ably discussed pertinent contemporary issues in Uganda in detail.

For those that will get to be apart of this year’s Fellowship, we hope it will be a safe place for learning, unlearning and re-learning good leadership styles, types and skills.
