Yesterday, we convened a stakeholder engagement with GBV and Child Protection service providers in Terego District Local Government.
Partners shared insights on functionalising referral pathways, best practices, lessons learned during implementation, and key recommendations. The discussions strongly emphasized strengthening coordination and harmonising refugee response systems with existing district protection structures to ensure more effective and inclusive service delivery.

We’ve wrapped up today’s PSEA stakeholders meeting at Grand Global Hotel.
A productive day that included a preview of the new SAUTI 116 website going live soon and group discussions that strengthened our joint efforts to keep communities safe.
A successful engagement overall.

The Validation Workshop of the SAUTI-116 Helpline Strategic Plan 2025/26–2029/30 is underway at Silver Springs Hotel, Bugolobi.
Stakeholders are reviewing and strengthening the new plan to improve child protection, GBV response, PSEA, and MHPSS services across Uganda.
