The turn up is underwhelming, over 300 leaders showed up in time ready to participate today!
The training is conducted by IPS upon request by the District Woman Representative, Hon. J. Nabakooba.

The Rt. Hon. Deputy Speaker is one of the Resource Persons the Institute calls upon to facilitate on topics relating to parliamentary procedures, processes, management, legislation, conduct of MPS among others. It was a pleasure having him visit and engage with the team today.

We were honoured to have the Rt. Hon. Speaker of the Parliament of Uganda and the Leader of Opposition in Parliament visit our Booth to ask about our work yesterday.
Having the top leadership take time to listen to the progress, challenges, opportunities and needs of the Institution set up to build capacity of policy makers was a great opportunity. The IPS is an integral part of the Parliamentary Service and Function, it's role is to enhance the ability of Parliament and other policy makers and actors to carry out the policy function to cause and sustain development in Uganda and beyond.
