Noah was last seen at approximately 6:00 AM on 6/22/2026, leaving for work. At that time, Noah was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black shorts.

After the March, Ceremony & Activities in Festival Park. The Park activities are 11:00am-4:00pm. 🚔🌿 MARYLAND CANNABIS LAWS: KNOW THE RULES 🌿🚔

While cannabis is legal for adults 21+ in Maryland under certain circumstances, that doesn't mean it can be used anywhere or anytime.

❌ PUBLIC USE IS ILLEGAL
Smoking cannabis in any public place is prohibited. This includes:
• Parks
• Streets and sidewalks
• Bars and restaurants
• Public transportation
• Any indoor or outdoor space open to the public

🚗 CANNABIS & VEHICLES DON'T MIX
Using cannabis in a vehicle on a highway is illegal for BOTH the driver and passengers. Even if you're not driving, consuming cannabis in a vehicle can result in enforcement action.

⚠️ DRIVE SOBER
Driving while impaired by cannabis is illegal and dangerous. Just like alcohol, cannabis can affect reaction time, judgment, coordination, and attention. If you're impaired, don't get behind the wheel.
