Important Update: Public Health Office Hours & Vital Records Services
Effective October 12, Grays Harbor County Public Health will no longer provide routine in-person processing of Vital Records services due to current staffing capacity.

Residents may continue to order vital records online through the Washington State Department of Health:

Computers will be available on-site Monday through Thursday for individuals who experience barriers to accessing the online ordering system. Special accommodations for Vital Records services may be available when needed. Please contact our department at 360-532-8631 to discuss accommodation needs.

Mammogram is the recommended screening tool. Women 40+ years old should have a mammogram screening every 1-2 yrs. Anyone can schedule their mammogram without a provider’s referral.

Diapers Should Never Be a Barrier to Work, Child Care, or Opportunity.

For many families, keeping a baby in clean, dry diapers is a daily challenge. Most childcare providers require parents to provide enough diapers for their child to attend—and when families don’t have enough, parents may be forced to miss work or school. Join us as we come together to help provide essential diaper resources, raise awareness, and support parents and babies across Grays Harbor!

🎉 Great news, Grays Harbor!
Grays Harbor County Public Health is partnering with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Washington to expand community-based mentoring in the Harbor! Through this partnership, adults "bigs" can become mentors for youth "littles" in the communities and surrounding areas of Ocean Shores, Oakville, Lake Quinault, and Hoquiam.

📢Recruitment is open for both youth and adults to partipcate in the program!
